I knew I had to get this set as soon as I saw it online because it’s a unique set, different from what we normally get from City.Here are the pros and cons:Pros:- different from most other City sets- a skier minifig with skis, which are great to get- a build that can easily be used in a Lego City- play features that can be enjoyed by kids who play with this set- the six-stud shooters can be removed- The build is simple (for the most part) so it is a good set for younger kidsCons (nitpicks):- the front of the vehicle looks a bit empty, and I think it would have been better if the snowplough was further back (it would have made it look more realistic)- the back looks a bit blocky - the treads often get stuck,

First, we were excited to see this as an option because we are building a big ski hill and needed a snow cat to groom the slopes. This is a good size and generally well done. The snow gun is just awesome and we like that it can be removed from the back. It will be on the snowcat for transport, but otherwise on the side of the slopes with some other snowmaking guns. (The snow shoots out a pretty good distance). But this technically can't be called a snow groomer because it is missing the part of the equipment that actually grooms the snow. This is just a snow plow. To make this better, consider (1) moving the front snow plow back a peg or two (it sticks too far out) and (2)

I thought this would be perfect for my little skiers to play with during their half term ski trip to granny’s (we live a few minutes from the ski centre) but it is unseasonably warm with no snow! Not to worry though we can still play ski ? games thanks to LEGO!We found this set easy to build and great fun with the Lego snow bricks!My grandsons love LEGO - it is a perineal favourite. This set is of the usual high quality, with easy to follow instructions.LEGO CITY has lots of vehicles which the boys absolutely love playing with - perfect for imaginative play, problem solving and fine motor skill development.Highly recommended - I have yet to meet a child who doesn’t enjoy LEGO - so would also

First of all, I think Lego nailed the price very well on this set. It's a good looking model and will also run/allow itself to be pushed with the hidden rubber tire removed for added realism, if you align the gears for the belts opposite each other compared to the other side. Also a fun little detail with the coffee mug in the driver's cabin, which I see Lego have done on other sets as well. It's a nice little touch of extra detail. There is also a snow cannon on the back, which will probably be fun for kids as well. Overall, I think this is a fantastic model for the price.

This is a brilliant vehicle - with it's amazing tracks to grip the snow, it is quite mesmerising to watch it move (across the carpet!) as the lego figure skis around, doing tricks off the furniture, whilst getting fired at by the driver, letting the snow cannon go off! It's so interactive and engaging, it's great fun. It's not the simplest build, but with a little help, it's fantastic and this has to be one of my children's favourite lego vehicles. It works very well with other ski resort kits we have (Lego Friends) and would make a great addition to any lego collection!

In terms of value for money, this is one of the best sets I’ve seen in a long time. Priced at just £12 at the time of review, this Snow Plough set took 20-25 minutes to build, and has seen many hours of play since.My son didn’t like the idea of a snow plough in summer, and so removed the snow gun and used it as a bulldozer. So the set also offers great flexibility.The build quality is superb. Some times models are not built for rough play, but this one is standing up well to daily wear and tear.This is a superb set that would be the perfect gift for any Lego fan.

This snow groomer build, by Lego, is a lovely kit. It will appeal to the Lego theme collector as well as a child. Lego knows how to innovate, sometimes they get it wrong, but with this build, you get an interesting model build, at a good price. Also included, are set of skis with poles and 2 LEGO mini-figures. We already have an older Arctic expedition set from Lego, and my nephew and I think this will make a great addition. What’s good about a Lego build is that you can always adapt it to your own design. Overall, I think this is a great model for the price.

This City Great Vehicles Snow Groomer Plough Set by Lego is a great way to keep your child entertained for a few hours while they build it. I grew up with Lego and loved playing with it and building all sorts of things. Lego is still going strong and now my daughter has just as much fun with it. This snow plough is quite complicated to build but you can always adapt it to your own design. There are a number of small pieces so this is perhaps not suitable for young children. I was impressed with this set and my daughter has fun with it which suits me fine.

It is a great play set especially with the inclusion of the stud-shooter. If you are buying this for a winter-themed display, I would suggest removing the stud-shooter to make the vehicle more realistic. This is only looking at it from a collectors perspective, the set as a whole has great features and would definitely be fun to play with given its winter release. Also, it's great to see LEGO keeping up with the coffee mug in the cab tradition. Enjoy the set if you have it, and definitely get it if you don't.

This is a Lego city collection. The instructions were easy to follow, and it was fub to build, all built and ready to go in less than a hour. It looks realistic and the plough at the front moves, as well as a snow canon that fires 6 snowballs one at a time. 2 Lego characters also one is the driver the other a skier. It feels solid once built my 2 boys 5-6 love it without it breaking and they aren't gentle. I would definitely recommend myfavourite part is the snow canon lots of fun.

My son couldnt wait to build this as soon as it came! He was super excited and quickly set about assembling it, this took him about 2 hours, he needed a little help with the track on the wheels but once done he was happily playing with it for a few more hours. He loved the snowball launcher and thought it was a cool feature as he hadnt had one with this before. Great play value, solid once built, id be happy to gift this to a child of similar age.

This is a great kit up to the usual high Lego standards. Parts are split up so you don't have loads of loose bits all at once, the instructions are clear and logical so really easy to follow. My son built this fairly quickly. The toy itself is a reasonable size at approx 8" long and the 'snowball launcher' is a good fun part of the toy. It's stood up well to being played with with only the odd bit needing to be reattached. All in all a good model.

My kids loved putting this together and were very impressed with the results, especially my son who likes playing with figures and setting them up in 'scenes'. They particularly liked the way this fired snow from the back of the trick and loved the figures with skis on. The only complaint was that the snow plough bit at the front came off a little too easily, but otherwise, this is an excellent set.

I bought this snow groomer last weekend on a whim as it made me think of all the snow that my friends and family were receiving up north! It did not disappoint! This is just a neat, well-designed, fun set. I love the colors, and I think that I will have to find a place for it in my winter village next year. Plus, I love the coffee mug in the cab...these little details never seize to amuse me!

We (children and I) converted this in to a fire set due to the read color theme. It was a great addition to the conversion we did with the Volcano Explorers Crawler 60122! There was a height difference so we added 1x12 to both sides. The only complaint I have is a wish the tracks were black just like the previous mention Crawler (we swapped them out but retained the gray).
