This I got for Xmas this year and it is one of the most amazing sets I have ever seen. I wasn't quite sure if the tram had wheels or not, so for the people that also wonder about this it does have wheels. It is quite a large set and takes around 3 hours to build. The two shops are a toy shop/fancy dress and a mechanics. It includes a lot of new things like a TV helicopter and coffee shop. I also own the older town square and the new one is slightly better.

I was trying to get the Lego castle 70404, which I bought for another grandson a couple of years ago and was a great success. Unfortunately that had quadrupled in price from when I bought it. This town seems to have been a great success as well with lots of interesting components - the helicopter, cars and the breakdown truck, etc. I still suspect he would have preferred the castle, but I just couldn't afford the castle at over £200.00.

The box has arrived in time and without issues.The game is fantastic: Lego is incredible and the quality is very high. My son was happy because this box gives you the way to build a small town and create many stories. I believe this product is better than the last one about the city town square. The tram is unique and the shops very nice with many pieces. Please, keep in mind this product if you want to make happy the children.

This is a really superb set. You get lots of minifigs and several different buildings/vehicles to make. One of the shops is supposed to be a Lego shop which is awesome, and another is a car service station with a lifting ramp.The tram is not motorised though which is my only disappointment however for playability and value this set is just superb.

Lovely set, my children adore it, nice and clear intructions step by step. Something for everybody so nice sharing and calm playing for hours. Took 3 kids and 2 hours to put it together. Some bits in a car shop are constantly falling off.In my opinion horribly overpriced as most of Lego.

A really good value Lego set. Loads of items to make and everthing works well. It took the grandchildren and their parents over four hours to make all the items. They have spent another four hours playing with it. They reckoned that it was the best Christmas present they had had!

My 2 boys love LEGO - I have been looking to buy this set for Christmas for them so when I saw it at this price it was a no brainer! It arrived in excellent condition. I will have 2 happy boys when they see this. Recommended for any lego fan

Have bought this for my son's Xmas. Super big box that always fills up the sock. He is ten and been eager to get this since last Xmas. Best price I could find local or online. Lovely present that takes them time to make

My son got this for Christmas after asking for it for months and was thrilled. We are both big fans of Lego city - the only negative is that I ended in building most of it!

Not opened as I have just brought for my sons 7th birthday in august but he was asking after this one so I know will be will just fine ... it's Lego = fabulous

A great set if you're into Lego City, loads of vehicles buildings and accessories. My 8 year old built it in about a day by himself and was very happy with it.
