I bought this for my young son who has recently enjoyed building lego sets. The price was very good however this was only because it was an 'Add on item' which means you have to spend over £20 to be able to buy it for such a cheap price. It is much cheaper than other retailers. Probably one of the main reasons why i purchased this was because of the price but also the fact that it carries the lego brand. I have seen similar lego products like this however is was the price that ultimately made me purchase this product. Based on my sons 2 week experience with the product the main advantage of the product is again the price!. The price is fantastic for what is it.

A nice affordable starter set (at time of writing review £5 and under, so best shop around) in the series with many good details. The large dark red octopus looks amazing, and definitely does not disappoint. The diver has good detailing with a nice print diving suit, some of which is in bright silver. On the back and front there is black-and-red upper body, the figure has a red helmet, red flippers, a grey air tank, and a transparent light-blue diving mask.The yellow-and-grey scuba scooter has great detailing with rotating propellers, two harpoons and bendable arms which the diver can use to explore the sea floor and possibly to poke at the poor octopus. Loved this little set.great introduction to lego for little kids. small but interesting and loads of fun.the Minifigure is really good, loved the scuba helmet design and the underwater build is fun.quick enough build so that children will not lose interest and the octopus adds to the overall playability of the set.Really Happy with this

Again, great little set from Lego brand.We have plenty of Lego bricks, different ranges but we haven't had the octopus, divers mask and the seaweed yet so I got this set especially for this purpose.The box is very small, the smallest kind but it is good value for money and will make great stocking filler.

Asked for and bought for a 6yr old just beginning to build Lego on his own.... Instructions were very simple and easy for him to follow and the resulting model was very detailed and good fun. The box is tiny though... Very much only a stocking filler rather than a main gift.

A great little set. The detail on the diver minifig is great. The only issue is that like most newer Lego sets, the bricks included can only really be used to build this particular set. Still, an ideal addition to any collection.

Great gift, good value. Left outside near the bin when we had torrential rain. Fortunately not damaged! Box was destroyed!

My 5 year old son loves this, we made it together and he didn't find it too hard, very good toy as he loves sea monsters.
