It's an OK build in that it's relatively easy, but gets a bit boring at times as fairly repetitive. It does look good lined up with the other buildings but is a bit boring on its own.One of many sets recently that had a piece missing so I had to wait for it to arrive from Lego. I've had it 6 months and built it once. It's now back in the box for when I want to build it again, which I don't think will be for quite some time as there are better models. There are a few in the price range and I'd buy them over this. Four stars because it's fine at what it does.

I was intrigued by this kit - how do you get LEGO rectangular blocks to make up a triangular shaped building. I now know that you can by using hinges. The result is magnificent. As an example of the way LEGO Architecture can appeal to adult users the Flatiron Building is first class. So far, the four kits I have completed are perfect for the sort of display area that can be easily seen close up. They have kept me absorbed throughout a rather difficult time health-wise.

arrived on time and was given as a Christmas present. We have a few from this range and they are all great, my favourite is the Brandenburg gate. The Flat Iron was missing one piece but that is easily fixed by lego by going on to their website, add some details and the new piece arrives a few days later so all good

Bought as a gift and memento of New York. Have not seen it constructed yet but sure it will give hours of fun
