This kettle is very well made. It has a whistle to alert you when the water is boiled. It is suitable for use on all hob types including induction. Boiling time on an induction hob is comparable to a good electric kettle. It is large capacity, holding more water than electric jug kettles. I bought it for a camping trip to use on my portable induction jobs and am delighted with it.

Slower to boil than an electric kettle but I knew that before I purchased it. Fantastic quality and loud whistle. Just gently squeeze the handle and the spout pops open. Looks good in my new kitchen. Bought the bread bin to match.

It's elegant, it's big (but not huge), it's solid, it's fast on an induction hob and attractively priced. I couldn't have asked for anything more

I bought this for my caravan and I absolutely love it!!! It's brilliant quality and is quick to boil, we love the whistle ? couldn't be happier!

Nice looking kettle. Does what a kettle should. If you mark up the sides the you have on too big a gas. Flame should only hit the bottom.

Love this kettle, looks perfect on our white induction hob. The whistle is very load and slightly screechy, but it does the job.
