Highly recommended simple and quick, I follow slimming world and this makes a great lunch. 2 eggs a bit of milk mix together, I add chopped fresh tomatoes, cheese & onion salt & pepper and a few chilli flakes, mix together add to the omelette maker half in each side, cook for 1 min, Take out spread the egg around a bit more, cook for a further minute and spread the egg. cook for 30 seconds and then close the maker, cook for another 30 seconds et voila a lovely fluffy omelette takes in total about 3 mins 30 secs I never use the frying pan now.

Im not a cook so omelettes were not in my realm - before I got this! Now they come out great! The process is a bit fiddly ie.Put marg in both sides - microwave for x secondsPut egg in both sides - microwave for x secondsSwish - microwave for x secondsPut filling in one side, close, microwave for x seconds(sorry cant remember the x numbers, but all less then a minute)So each omelette usually takes a couple of minutes to complete, but they turn out very nice and the same every time.recommended.

I've tried about 5/6 microwave poachers but until now they have all been not much good really ( siestima good but very expensive). Not only is this KitchenCraft poacher/omlette Amazon's choice, it is certainly mine too.if you follow the instructions nb: esp the light greasing of the egg containers and selecting the right time - in my case ( 2 large free-range) 1min 30 secs you get absoutely brilliant poached eggs !

I was somewhat sceptical about this, but having seen the great omelette that a colleague produced in our work microwave I thought I’d try it.It’s so simple and easy to use. First time using I produced an edible omelette! Ok, it was a little overdone, but that was my fault because I increased the cooking times. Note to self - Use the cooking times on the instructions!A great cheap product which I really recommend.

Have used this item a few times in the first week of receiving it and highly recommend it. The destructions ask to add 1/2 a teaspoon of butter to each side but in the microsove I find that one side it melts after a few seconds and is sippting around the insides of the microwave whereas the other side hasn't actually melted at all. After following the rest of the instructions the finished product is perfect

I like my omelettes meaty by that I mean plenty of filling but you cant make them like that with this omelette maker its just too small. Its is geat to make my daughter a quick omelette for lunch though and works fine and I am buying another for my dad who lives on his own and eats everything from the microwave so its ideal for him but for me and my husband they still get made in the pan.

The combination of omelette maker and egg poacher is ideal for my modest needs (as an elderly single person who's family are grown up and living elsewhere). The product cleans easily and the operating instructions are perfectly clear and adequate for my needs. Took a little practise to get the microwave timing correct, which is identified in the instructions.

Thought it would be helpful to give a review after a period of time rather than what we always do -give one within the first few daysHave had these before. Simple to use. Great if you are dieting. I use them for omelettes. Work out fine. Come out pale obviously so if you want a bit of browning you could pop it under the grill

Great item for easily making omelettes in the microwave. We bought them for our cafe and they make life so easy when someone wants an omelette. The only gripe is that these are a bit too small. Ideal for childrens omelettes but an adult would need two. My fault. I didn't check the size.Great addition to any kitcheb.

Good sturdy plastic design producing very good results for omelettes each time Easy clean - although beware not to overdo on contents(2 large egg max.) as they will tend to spill over on cooking leaving traces on outside case and around joints. Dishwasher friendly (I've tested).

Worked great for a while omelettes are fab but after couple of months the hinge pops out and have difficulty closing can still use but not so easy to turn over in the microwave without egg escaping product make good quick breakfasts for a while but then will need replacing

was given this as a present last year for uni and it was excellent! due to lack of a proper kitchen all food had to be microwaved and this was the only "microwavable" food maker that worked. It isn't quite the same as an omelette from a pan but it was still very tasty.

Only given 4 * as we have only used it a couple of times. So far no problems, but will see how long it lasts. Takes about 3 minutes in our 700 watt microwave, so no messy washing up afterwards. if it continues to cook as now, could upgrade it to 5 *

I have no intention of cooking eggs with this .. i bought this item to reheat food while keeping my microwave free from food splatter .. & it works well in that respect.I'll stick to cooking omlette's in the traditional way .. in a frying pan lol

Great for omelettes or pancakes. It’s say 90 secs, flip 30 seconds. I tend to do 90, flip and 60 and they come out better. This really has transformed making a proper omelette. So easy, so simple, so I’m pleased.I would highly recommend this.
