Love Keens. Usually great fit for side feet. Rather loose heel fit but you get used to it and then they usually for great.However, these seem a bit tighter than last year's model so if you have wide feet they might not be as good as the pair you are about to throw away. Just a tad narrower to my looking and the previous shoes didn't need any wearing in. I started wearing them round the house to wear them in and it has worked. Whether or not they will approach the slipper like feel of the old pair yet remains to be seen. These were the best - but now I need convincing. Shame they should change the last......This is also a change of look and to my mind not as good. Make up your own mind comparing last year's,

I have had a succession of these, used mostly for walking the dog and general trekking about. Expect to pay £80-100. A good workhorse and can be used wet or dry, night or day kept by the front door. I would recommend use of a plastic shoehorn to save the fabric where the heel slides in as this can fray. My main moan about these Keens has always been the laces' material; unless tied firmly with a double bow they progressively come undone which is annoying, I've found this doesn't happen with the likes of competition makes such as Merrell or Columbia. These shoes are good so far, I've done a few bush walks in them and they were comfortable and I was impressed with the grip the soles gave. The shoes seem to be sturdy and tough yet they didn't need any more than a short walk, a 2 km stroll to the shops, & they felt broken in. I like the look of the shoes and and the width at the front suits a wider foot. They don't taper in like many other shoes do, the majority from my shopping experience. They are comfortable enough, like I said, however I put in a good set of gel inserts for extra cushioning.

A typical Keen product , robust but at the same time very comfortable from new. I have bought many Keen products over the years both in the UK and the USA. The only thing to note is that you need to order either a half or full size greater than the European standard size that you are used to. I particularly like the wide fit across the toe area of all Keen products. I have a very old pair that have been 'promoted' to gardening duties and unbelievably they are still Waterproof!

These are very comfortable walking shoes, they are waterproof and they seem quite hardy. I've been wearing them for about 3 or 4 months now and walking about 15 - 20 miles a week on average through the streets and they are holding up well. My only issue with them is on wet, smooth or messy surfaces they can be a bit slippery. Best thi g about them is the comfort and they feel quite roomy so my feet don't feel constricted.

I delayed writing this review until I had worn the shoes for a few months to see how they would go with everyday use.They have held up incredibly well and I have not experienced any quality issues.They are super comfortable and fit my foot really well.I did buy a half a size bigger than I would normally wear as recommended on Keens website.All up I am very happy with my purchase.Great shoes!

The sole is not as stiff or as thick as I had hoped, and the inner sole is not as thick and shock absorbing as I had hoped for a relatively high priced shoe/boot. But it fits well, feels good, and it pretty light for a water-proof low rise hiking boot. I just hope it wears well and lasts a long time. I have already added an inner sole of high quality neoprene to improve the feel.

These are the only walking shoes I buy nowadays. On my fourth pair. I have a Border Collie and walk 6-8 miles most week days and even more over the weekends/holiday periods. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I've bought half size larger and they're perfect. Great longevity given my more than average usage. Highly recommended!!! Great price too.Thanks!!!!

I have had a similar pair of Keens for over a year worn for work 6 days out of seven and covering an average of 7500 paces per day ( as counted by my Garmin watch). they are incredibly comfortable and will continue as working shoes whilst the new pair will be my 'good ones' for a while. i also have 2 pairs of Keen 'rafters' which are also first rate.

Love these, look more durable than last pair of North face trail shoes although maybe less heal support. Waterproof good so far after a few deep puddles. Perfect size 12, wide.4 month update : See photos, these aren't as tough as I had hoped. The protective layer on the instep has come away. Waterproofing still holding for the moment though.

I wanted a pair of shoes I could use for winter dog walking. These shoes did not disappoint, they fit me well with plenty of width. They are lightweight, waterproof and easy to wash down been leather. The soles have good grip in muddy conditions. They were not cheap, but hopefully will give me good service for couple of years....minimum.

The Keen shoe fits perfect with a roomy toe box, the lacing also includes a connection to the heel so no slip.I walk four miles every other day and for the first week wearing them, I have no complaints. After a month if I still Like them I will buy another pair to save in case they change the fit or style.

Very comfortable and sturdy from the start. No need to wear in. Just been for a two hour walk in them across mixture of woodland, pavement and uneven flooded upland pasture. Felt good in all conditions. Really pleased, highly recommended. Think that these are going to get a lot of use. Pleased purchase.

I had bought a pair of these last year for our Alaskan cruise because they are water proof and they are the most comfortable hiking shoe I've had. I usually have trouble finding shoes and sneakers that are comfortable so I bought this additional pair to have incase they are discontinued.

I have size 12 extra wide feet and rarely find shoes that truly feel great on my feet. These shoes are so comfortable I will be buying more from Keen because of it. They are well made and very sturdy, great grip from the tread as well. Without a doubt I would recommend these to anyone!
