Great bit of technology. Does the job perfectly. I bought this one to replace another (of the same) which had finally worn out after many years of faithful service. If you like hard boiled eggs cut into slices then get one, you won't be disappointed, although I don't imagine it would work so well with other egg formats, e.g. raw, fried or the 'creme' variety. Not sure about Scotch, you may need to consult the manufacturer re warranty limitations. Can't comment on it's effectiveness as a general salad garnish cutter or mushroom slicer, unfortunately, but when it comes to dividing hard boiled eggs, it bows to no one.

When my egg slicer finally gave up the ghost, I immediately looked for an identical replacement & to my amazement found it! I love this slicer, it came from the States, I wasn't charged postage & it arrived yesterday, very well packed & in perfect condition. Thank you!

Ok love my wedgey, hes a great little pal to have at breakfast and looks handsome as ever. Only downfall is that the wires don't actually go beyond the base so he ends up chewing a bit of the underside of the egg... very upsetting for the hubs :D

Using this item takes me back to my childhood. I was always fascinated by my Mum's but more as a little harp than as a piece of kitchen equipment. Now, however, I am loving the way it slices my eggs and my sandwiches are beautifully flat now.

Great egg sliver. Never bothered with one before but this looked cute and I’m a sucker for a kitchen gadget. It’s great, easy to use and clean and actually have realised I am using less eggs to make the family sandwiches.

It was a nice enough product and easy to use. But it does cut a bit too thickly for my preference. I've had one in the past that did nice thin slivers. But it is personal choice at the end of the day.

Bought this because my mum has it, does he job only reason giving 4 start is it isn't the easiest to clean once used. Always find bits of egg stuck on the wire and take a bit time to get off

Bought this as a replacement for my mum as her previous one broke. She is very happy with it and says it is even better than her previous one

Lovely little gadget for slicing hard boiled eggs. My husband loves putting them in salads and was delighted with this present thanks ! ?

Very well made, I've had others which broke within a few uses, this has lasted much longer and slices the eggs perfectly.
