Being too old to lug her old vacuum cleaner up the stairs I bought this cheap lightweight cleaner for my 83 year old mother, but before I delivered I took it for a test drive!So this is ideal for my mother's very limited first floor needs where it's never going to be challenged by industrial quantities of detritus nor is it, let's face it, going to be used that often; and while it only has a set of limited functions I don't expect it to be used for anything other than occasionally going back and forth over a small area of short pile carpet.But you get what you pay for and this is a cheap cleaner,

Received this hoover a few days ago, it was well packed and quickly delivered. I am well pleased with it, nice and light and has a good suction on it. I like the way you can take the handle off and store it on the side of the machine which is a bonus as it doesn't take up a lot of room and as it says, it can go in a cupboard. Nice and quiet too which pleases my little yorkie as she runs away when I use my other hoover down stairs which is a bit noisy. I will use this one upstairs. The only thing that's missing is an extra pole and the cable is not very long.

I found this Hoover to be absolutely brilliant it’s very lightweight making it so easy to push around the home it’s not at all noisy like a lot of Hoovers If you have a animal it’s perfect for picking everything up dog or cat fur etc as the power is so good it’s good on carpets or hard floors it’s well worth the price I would definitely recommend to my family and friends the only downside is the lead could have been a little longer but its not really a problem just plug it in as you go around

Needed an upstairs hoover decided to have an upright which would fit in the cupboard. Used the upright for the first time ..... amazing !!! Had to empty it after hoovering the whole house it picked up the cat hairs no problem didn't realise that uprights were so much better now. The only downside is it is quite high off the ground so it wouldn't fit under low things. All in all a bargain and brilliant. What more could you ask for? Super quick delivery too ordered a.m. delivered p.m.same day.

Extremely easy to put together. Handle goes on and comes off easily and fits into its place for easy storage. Only a few tools which is fine for what I need. Easily stored tools and pipe. Very light which is better for me as I have mobility problems. Not overly noisy. I'm tall(6ft), and it was fine. I don't think it's suction is very powerful, although so far it's picked up dog hairs brilliantly, works fine on wooden floor. The power cord is not as long as my Vax, which is annoying.

When I unpacked the vacuum cleaner I initially thought it seemed very plasticky but, on examination, it seemed robust and the handle fitted in well. It is simple to empty the bin and it clicks back on with no problem. The cord could be longer. Suction is great and my carpets looked great after hoovering, but I found it a little hard to push. This cleaner is great value for money, really light to carry and I found it a good height for me, although I think it may not work for tall people.

The hoover whirlwind evo upright vacuum is lightweight is a great budget option with excellent suction. It collected much more than my current cordless (top of the range) vacuum. It is also excellent at picking up dust and debris from close to the skirting boards. I particularly like that you can remove the pole to make it easier to store, a brilliant concept. The build of the vacuum felt a little weak. I'm not sure of the durabilty of the vacuum in the medium to longer term.

I thought this could be a 'second' hoover, maybe to use upstairs to save having to lug our normal hoover up there. Wrong.This wonderful little lightweight number is now the 'go to' hoover. It is so easy to use and move about. Brings up the pile of carpet lovely, whilst also transferring to hard surface without any problem.You probably will need an extension lead as the cable is very short and also slightly annoying as can get in the way.But overall, Love this.

The Evo is light, a lot lighter than most, making it a breeze to move about the house. Suction is satisfactory, not sure how it will cope after a couple of months of use, fingers crossed. The tools are pretty standard, although they remind me a little of my Dyson handheld tools, they work well, so no complaints there. Easy to empty and keep clean. There are better vacuums, but on the other hand there are a lot worse out there. Reasonable tool for a reasonable price.

This little hoover was a replacement for a cordless one that stopped working.It’s just right for my small one bed home... admittedly the cord could be longer, but one change of plug and I’ve got the whole place covered.Very easy to assemble, easy to manoeuvre and the small head gets into nooks without too much effort!All in all, for a small home I don’t think you can really fault it. If you have a larger home, I’d suggest looking at a bigger vacuum though.

I bought this one day when I finally got fed up with my old vacuum cleaner literally falling apart while I was using it.Thanks to same day delivery, I had my new one within 6 hours!!It's a really great vacuum cleaner. Lightweight and compact. I do find I have to kind of drape the cable across my shoulders to raise it off the floor as it gets caught up quickly. My favourite thing about it is that I can say I'm hoovering--since it's a Hoover!

I needed an affordable upright that could store easily in my hall and navigate carpets (rugs) and floorboards. It moves easily between both and has a surprising amount of power. The hose detachment makes it easy to get into the sofa and hard to reach corners.It is quite heavy to move around on carpets, so can be a bit of a workout at times but for me that's very minimal and completely worth it for the quality & price of the rest.

I bought this in addition to my Dyson Blade which is useless. This has reasonable suction, just 2 tools, very simple design and very lightweight. The cord is on the short side and where it enters the cleaner is annoying - it is very low down and you have to stoop right down to grab the cable to avoid running over it. For the money though it does the job and actually removes dog hair from carpets which the Dyson Blade does not.

Definitely not as sturdy as my ancient vacuum it replaced but it’s so lightweight it’s much easier to manoeuvre.Handy to have tools fitted on the unit.Cable to socket is only 5m which means have to change plug sockets more frequently but not really an issue. Useful to have 4 depth settings so good for range of carpet piles and hard floors. Very easy to empty cylinder.Overall very good for money.

At first I was a bit skeptical regarding the quality but thinking that my flat is not that big, might just be enough. Surprising, It's quite a good vacuum cleaner, much silent than the previous one and very strong absorber. One only thing is a " don't" în this case and is the fact that is not very flexibile and needs a bit of strenght to use it but overall is very good for its price and does his job perfectly.
