We bought this product to assist with a hearing problem. We hard tried everything which BT had to offer with no success. This phone is a delight as it is so easy to adjust between users with its simple slide mechanism. In score terms we would give it 9 out of 10.I feel certain that for anyone with visual impairment the big button format would prove just as much help.Provided that it is robust enough to stand up to normal use age we will be very satisfied buyers.

This phone is excellant for those with hearing and sight problems. Easy to programme and easy to use. Would recommend.
