I have bought over many years very good quality can openers which have been great. I bought this one based on other reviews and it does not disappoint. It opens cans effortlessly and I love the magnet which lifts out the can lid. My only gripe is I wish the handles closed together when not in use as it takes up unnecessary space in the utensils drawer. I highly recommend this can opener.

Wish I had found this sooner after my surgery. It’s easy to squeeze, not very heavy and very easy to use with only 1 hand (until I am done with my exos cast Another 4 weeks min.). I did find the button hard to press to release but you can also use your fingers to separate them (easy), so that’s what I plan on doing. Highly recommend.

I already own this can opener and this one was a gift. It is my favorite can opener ever and is particularly good for someone suffering from Carpel Tunnel as there is no twisting of the wrist. Instead, it uses a scissor like motion to remove the lid and has a magnet to pull the lid up with. Very innovative! Very safe! Love it!

Makes opening a tin a doddle - and unlike some of the new tin openers, this does not remove the top of the tin leaving that very sharp edge and an unstable tin. Not cheap but worth the money as you will not need to replace it

Absolutely the best manual can opener we've ever had!Easy to operate with just a gripping motion to open a can. Works perfectly.

I AM LEFT HANDED DUE TO A SEVERE STROKE. THE CAN OPENER IS BRILLIANT. WELL DONE AMAZON.
