Great device, lovely colour, I use most days for smoothies, sauces and general food blitzing. Easy to clean and not too many parts. Bottle can sometimes be a little difficult to fit onto the machine but the safeguard does not allow any blade movement unless the parts are properly fitted together which is great. It also has a tendency to overheat if the button is held for too long so short bursts are better than a constant whirling, a full bottle needs a shake every now and then between blitzing.

I bought it for quick smoothies, etc. It works well. I have also tried it to mix my cookie/pancake mixture. It managed that as well, although I had to uncap it and give a few shakes. My only complaint is that I did not realise that the button is a pulse button which I do not like at all. I did not see it in the description but that oversight is on me and not the manufacturers. In this day and age though, I don't know who would want to stand, pressing a pulse button until their smoothie is done.

Bought this for my wife who is always on-the-go at work.It is fast.... fruits etc beautifully blended within secondsIt is convenient.... she can fill the built-in beaker unit as part of the blending process without the need for filling other vessels with all the added washing-out that that would entailIt is compact.... takes up little room in the kitchenThe unit is colourful and very attractiveThe price is astonishing for the quality and branding.... thank you Breville.... it’s a gem.

This blender is fantastic for anyone trying to switch to a healthier lifestyle but can't afford or may be intimidated by larger, more complicated blenders. It's very straightforward to use, it blends super fast and the bottle system makes it super convenient.The bottles are surprisingly large and the wide nozzle means that thicker smoothies don't get clogged up in the lid. Fantastic for easy refrigeration and taking on the go.I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a simple blender.

I bought this to make milkshakes with and its perfect. Its small and compact so doesn't take up much room on the work top, it also looks stylish which is nice. Its noisy but not too bad compared to some others. The only thing is when you remove the bottle from the machine you have to make sure the top comes out and it doesn't just unscrew or the contents go everywhere. In all honesty that's only happened to me once. Once you get used to the feel of it, its perfect. Highly recommended

It is so easy to use and clean, no hassle at all. I've been whizzing up smoothies with all sorts, experimenting on what works together, whether to add milk, yoghurt or apple juice, what flavours go together, how much avocado to add to get it just the right amount of creamy....Yesterday was a hot one, but I had a fridge full of cool fresh watermelon juice. Last week I had a liquid lunch packed with all my five-a-day and then some.Thoroughly recommend this product, go and have some fun!

I am really pleased with this purchase. I was a it worried because of the price, especially when it had an offer price too. But so far so good. I use it every day and it's so easy to use. Just fill up, turn plug on, and press the blend button. The blend button is in plain sight, at the front at the bottom. You press the button and hold it in until your drink is blended enough. Mine came with x2 bottles & x2 lids. My first blender though, so I don't know how this compares but I like it.

This does exactly what it's meant to, chuck everything in, whizz away, then drink. It's fab for protein shakes, certain powdered diets and blending fruits, veg, ice, anything really! My kids love it too for smoothies, milk shakes and hot chocolate. Easy to clean in dishwasher or if you are short on time then put warm water in it...give it a whizz then rinse out. For the price it's great. hot items are not an issue just watch as there is a bit of extra pressure release when you open it.

It's a great product for the sale price we got it at. In the 1m we've had it, blends, fruits, veggies combined with ice really easily into drinks or smoothies. Having 2 bottles is great to use, pop in the fridge and then take out and about, or to work. They're upto 600ml each, so a good size if you're taking juices or smoothies to work.Only drawback is the power button is a press and hold, rather than on, off and pulse. We found holding it for 5-10s as a pulse gave the best results.

I am really happy with my budget-friendly blender, and I am now making smoothies every day. I would echo what a previous reviewer said - it doesn't come with a cleaning brush (I don't have a dishwasher). I used coconut milk in my first smoothie and that left it realllly greasy inside the bottle and it was tricky to wash. Oh and make sure the clip on the lid is firmly closed before shaking the bottle - I have raspberry juice on carpet now. My fault - not a fault of the design!

It is lovely to look at, beautifully designed and cleverly done in that all you have to do is exchange the blender blades attachment for a lid and you are good to go. The only downside for me (and I know that this is completely a first world problem!!!!) is that you have to keep your finger on the button to make it work, you can't just switch it on and walk away for a minute while it does its thing. However, other than that, I am delighted with it and would definitely recommend it!

This blender is such a bargain! For such an affordable price - you get an appliance that happily blends fruits, soft veggies and even ice. It's slimline design means it's easy to store away or leave out. The drinking cap is good compared to other brands and it's a nice shape bottle to hold.If I had to criticise, it would be only that the click mechanism could be better and the button you press could be stronger.. But these certainly aren't major issues.Well done Breville

Fantastic for making drinks, which is pretty much what I wanted it for. I can't see us using it for food as it doesn't hold enough and would be faffy using both bottles. It really blends very well, much better than one we bought from Argos for double the price (which we've now had to bin because it was really poor at blending!)The only issue I've had so far, was I find it a bit fiddly getting it fixed on properly. But the more I've used it, the more I've gotten the swing of it!

It's very easy to use, not too difficult to open and close when removed from the base unit. It doesn't blend silky smooth which I'm fine with. It's what I expected for the wattage. You can also purchase attachments separately to extend it's functions which was partly the reason I bought it. The bottle size is also generous but a little difficult to clean the bottom of without a brush cleaner. The lid for the bottle firmly clicks closed which I didn't realise on first use.

I've been researching a good blender for months. I was leaning towards the more fancy and pricey ones but I took a chance and bought this instead.I'm shocked with how well this works.- comes with 2 bottles- well made and light- extremely easy to use- takes few seconds to clean it- blends in few seconds- fairly quiet- amazing priceI honestly cannot find anything wrong to say about it. If you are looking for personal blender with no fuss, look no further.
