like most, i bought some of these clippers to give an unruly head of hair a bit of a tidy up in these strange and unprecedented times.very impressed! charged for 8hrs as recommended for the 80 mins of cordless use, which worked in all aspects as advertised. the ever patient mrs did a great job of a classic barber-shop style zero fade with ease - nice and even, no pulling of hairs - all in all very smooth to operate by all accounts. it's simple to switch through the various different cutting lengths and the two guards are marked clearly so as to not get them mixed up. i had seen some reports of the guards being a little difficult to snap on and off some models of braun clippers, but no complaints here.

Okay, so you will need a 2 pin to three pin adaptor to fit into a UK socket, but so did my old Phillishave !Apart from that, this must be one of the simplest set of clippers you can use.First time I used it was to get rid of the 'lockdown hair' which had grown to about 2 inches. Normally I am a number 1 at the barbers. The clippers went straight through with a great result in no time at all.I now use it once a week while having a shower (I do shower more often than that) and do head and facial hair at the same time to the same length. Apart from getting 'er indoors to define the back of the neck every now and then, it is so simple and easy to do.

I don't think I'm the only one to turn to clippers in this time of lockdown.These are very good - my daughter and I sheared our way through my dense thatch fairly well. The only issue I found is that changing the comb sets the cutters to minimum length, and turning the dial all the way down clicks it in to place. Fortunately it was my beard that paid the cost of this discovery, and not my hair.

I bought this for my boyfriend who's old trimmer had died on him and was pretty rubbish at trimming and tidying up his beard.This does such a neat job and doesn't get caught on hairs or anything. So many length settings which are super handy no matter your beard (or hair) length. Battery charge seems to last quite a while too.It's very easy to keep clean too!

These come with a standard UK two prong shavers only plug, not an European plug. The kind you find in hotels and new houses across the UK. Travel adaptors don't always work, since it's not an EU plug.Great ease of use and pretty easy to clean. Doesn't pull on hair like some of the cheaper brands I've used over the years. Would definitely recommend.

Very good product. The only issue I have is that the charger provided is a European two pin rather than a three pin. Amazon should make this clear in the description so people are aware and can purchase a suitable adapter.

best clippers I've ever used 100% its the closest shave I've gotten without using a bladed razor great for contouring and doing fades only downfall is it doesnt come with a plug but most of them don't nowadays

I would give it 70/100 as the cut is a little hit and miss i.e. you need pass back and forth several times to achieve a good cut. Battery life is very good, and it is easy to clean.

Been through about 4 clipper sets in the past year, they either don’t hold charge or pull and nic too much...this is spot on well done Braun decent bit of kit ?

Excellent product for a home haircut! Easy to use, and great with the precision lengths. Perfect for a home haircut and neat tidying around the neck.

Its a reliable brand and have no problems so far, even used it to cut my hair during covid and I am not submitted a pic of that hash of a job :)

Simple to use and kept my hair and beard trimmed during lockdown really well.Will continue to use it even with the hairdressers re-opening.

Our barber is elderly and hasn't been working during lockdown, obviously so we bought these. Used twice now and my husband is very happy!

Decent enough shaver. Can be run under a tap to clean which is great. Good value for money. Good battery life

Excellent beard and hair trimmer. Didn’t give 5* because no mention of the need of socket adapter to the UK.
