The order code on the box was correct, but instead of a masher it contained a Phillips Core Pro PL-C 2P 1000 Lumen bulb.What do I do next?I'm wondering which lucky person has received my masher! :-)17/9/20 - in fairness to Amazon, I can keep the lightbulb (??? - think it may be a fire exit type horizonal bulb - no use to me), and a relacement masher has arrived today, seems a sturdy beast.So thank you Amazon for a simple remedy to a mixed up order, I was expecting problems but no, was very simple.

I've had a few mashers in my life (I do live an exciting life don't I?) and most of them have been floppy and flimsy and ended up not lasting long at all. This is a solid sturdy masher and I foresee it lasting a long time. You could probably use this one as a weapon for self defence if necessary. It would totally 'mash' up any potential burger. Do you see what I did there?

Good priced and just the job if needing a potato masher but have non stick pans. Easy and comfortable to hold whilst using it and dishwashersafe too. Brabrantia is a make that I like along side a few others but this item for the money a really good buy. Worked out at about same price as supermarket own but loads better quality.

Nice sturdy masher, does the job lovely. Only downside is that the gap between the head and handle is a little small which means you always tapping it on side of pan to empty it. Overall however it is much better and stronger than the metal ones.

I like the fact that it is a a whole piece of very strong plastic, no joins to bend or bits to break off (as happened with my last useless one!). It's also a good size to get a grip of and mashes extremely well and easily. Definitely recommend!

This mashes potatoes and vegetables very easily, it's a strong plastic that doesn't feel like it's going to bend or break any time soon.Decent price and being matt black is pretty in-offensive to look at.Would recommend

Excellent product makes light work of mashing turnip I bought a set of kitchen tools and the masher was hopeless it bent straight away so I ordered this one and it’s fab highly recommended

I am 90% happy with this masher, it does the job very well and feels very sturdy. The material is high quality, but it is a little hard to clean. But overall very good.

Unlike most plastic mashers this is actually quite thick and sturdy does what it’s meant to and saves scratching our new steel pans with metal masher

Does a great job at mashing potato’s, easy to clean and doesn’t fade colour or material. It’s really strong, no bad points and I do recommend

New cooker required new non-stick pans! -which required non-scratch masher! This does the job, smooth mash and no scrarches on new pans.

Simple and sturdy. Once piece construction so much easier to clean and hygienic. Does great mashing. What more could I ask for?
