This masher is the best design for good mash. I have had a similar design for 20 years and have just needed to replace it recently. It took a while to find a similar design, so I was pleased to find this one and it just does what you expect... Excellent mashed spuds!

Good masher been looking for one for ages. My mother in law has a really old one with a wooden handle. Best type of masher. No hanging hook on the handle to dog into your hand either which is a plus.

Mashes roughly, just the way I like it. Other mashers are too finely and then I can't properly mash potatoes with vegetables. This one does the job perfectly. Thank you.
