I am normally a size 8 and a half. Usually I have footwear from Clarks, Skechers and Nike all 8.5.I decided I needed new running shoes and due to lock down couldn't go to local running shop for help, so read reviews on running shoes. These got fab reviews so I just needed the size. Very helpful people on Amazon gave answers to try and help me. I then went to the Asics website which has a helpful tool called which size fits me. It asks a few questions and you tell it a pair of shoes you have already that fit well. I put my Nike Pegasus in which are 8.5 size. I did the size guide software got to the end and it says true to you (as in me) size 8.5. So Ordered this size! Man it was wrong!

I was pleased to find these 2000-8s are much the same as previous models. A well-cushioned, comfortable shoe. I have had good years of service previously from the Gt-1000 and the Gt-2000-6. These are in the same style . I am female, with wide feet that tend to over-pronate. I buy these men's shoes because they are a nice wide rounded shape at the front while fitting neatly round the ankle.The main difference I notice with this Gt-2000 8 model is they fit larger, perhaps because they seem to have a roomier toe box. I ordered firstly the same size as my 2000-6es, and had to return them and order half a UK size smaller.A minor point, but a definite plus,

I bought the Asics GT 2000 8 after reading some reviews and comments, I'm not a skilled runner but I do a few KM and I wanted a shoe that could help me in any distance. I used it to do 12KM immediately and I'm happy with the choice, the shoe fits perfect and I felt a significant lightening on the games. The sales service as usual was very good, not new as I have bought several times from * inn but it is fair to remember.

I have bought several pairs of Asics Gel Kayano and loved them. I use them primarily for walking the odd run. However these trainers I found that after 2-3 miles of walking my heels were getting really sore and the trainers are not supporting my heel. Unfortunately cannot return them as I have used outside. Disappointing but others may say different. Maybe I am too heavy

switched from saucony guide iso 2. first acquaintance noticed that they walked a bit softer. but after 100 km still new favorite. slightly more space and forefoot more response. nothing of ailments. only a little too fast wear on the inside of the heel. hopefully walk 600 km!

Great fit, so comfy and way better than the old standard trainers I was running in. I went to the ASICS website and used their online fitting system. Answer a few questions and they tell you which models suit you.

When it came time to renew the sneakers I use for walking and having a pronounced foot, the choice was again the GT-2000. The previous ones were 3 and 6 years later, there is a little evolution in comfort.

Had several brands, but the gt2000 series is really the best running shoe for me. With these shoes I walk short and longer distances from 3 to 21 km which is no problem at all.

Excellent training shoe, I have been using them for more than 10 years, they give the right support to my hyperprontore foot and to my weight of 62 kg, I recommend them!

An excellent product, with great resistance, super comfortable for running athletes of any size. It's the second pair I have. Delivery was fast and very convenient.

Bought these as a replacement for a worn out pair of Asics shoes. I have used these quite a lot now on short runs (c.4.5km) and I found them to be comfortable.

I’m used with the GT2000 shoes and the GT2000 8 is the best so far. I managed circa 900km with the 7 so looking forward to similar km with the new ASICS GT 8.

The package arrived on time and in perfect condition. The shoes are comfortable and adapt very well to my feet that are slightly supinator.

Tried Asics in recommendation and wasn't disappointed. Very light and comfortable. Not tried running in them yet so time will tell.

I have never had a pair of shoes that are so nice when running, have always got legs and feet sooner but no longer ??
