I foolishly bought some cheap lightning cables, which were fine for charging but completely incapable of syncing my phone with iTunes when connected to my computer. This cable is just what I was after, as I just keep it connected to my desktop PC for when I need to connect my phone to the computer. Therefore it suits me that this cable is very short, but it might make it tricky if you wanted to use it for charging while using your phone. It does the job it is designed for very well, allowing my computer to detect my iPhone as soon as it is connected and transferring data quickly. The listing suggests it can withstand these things, but I haven't bent it 12,000 times or suspended an 80kg weight from it and probably never will.

5 star quality, value and customer service from Anker.I’ve had several products from Anker all of which I’ve been very happy with. The quality and price point is excellent - and in my opinion makes buying replacement genuine Apple cables pointless.I’m writing this review because I was surprised that this cable I bought in July broke. In all honesty, it was probably my fault through slight misuse.However by dealing with Anker support direct with a couple of emails and pictures I am now the proud owner of a brand new cable within a week of contacting them! The lifetime guarantee is clearly legitimate.I am very impressed. Thank you Anker.

Good quality cable. Thicker than the Apple lightening cables, but very flexible.Beware. The plastics around the lightening connector is quite a bit bigger than the normal connectors, so if you have a case on your iPhone it might not fit thru the hole in the case. Mine does, but it is a tight fit.I also bought a 3ft cable for my Brodit holder in the car, but it had the same issue of the connector being too large and did not fit gap in the holder

Purchased two for a specific purpose on the basis the cable was advertised as a foot long. Normally I would expect a foot to be 30cms, or for the real pedantic 30.48cm; however these cables can come up short as there’s a 2cm tolerance - no big deal. Quality wise the cables are well built and as you would expect from Anker - why buy Apple when you can get these!! Works well out of the box and is robust, what more can you ask for.

This is about the 1ft long cable. It's great for keeping permanently plugged in on a kitchen counter top socket - it's only 1ft (30cm) long so no long trailing wires to get in the way. The quality certainly seems excellent - very robust and strong cable. Only problem is one of evaporation - I'm on the third one now: the others have just disappeared into thin air... no one in our house knows where they go. Weird.

Brilliantly made, as all ANKER cables seem to be. These are the only cables I buy now where I need reliable data transfer.The metal plug is strongly attached to the surrounding plastic (most damage issues with these cables is this metal part of the plug bending out of the plastic housing the cable connections breaking).Cable is still supple despite being a little thicker and stronger than most others.

I have multiple Anker charging cables dotted around my house, work and car. After years of buying cable after cable just to have them fail on me when I most need them, I purchased my first Anker lightning cable. That cable is still going strong along with many others. Every cable I have bought since that first Anker cable has been an Anker and I wouldn't consider buying any other brand these days.

I've quickly become a fan of Anker's products. Generally, their products are of great quality and not overly expensive.These cables are (currently) no different. They look sturdier, but thinner than other Lightning cables, and complement their powerbanks well. They also come with a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects (you need to register your email for this).No complaints then.

I have always been a fan of Anker since making my first purchase with them.This cable is everything you need and want. A LIFETIME WARRANTY yes please. It is extremely durable and flexible.You can tell by the quality of the cable and how it feels in your hand. 18 Month Warranty was special but this just tops it. Get it. you will not regret it, as well as becoming a fan of Anker.

I liked my first cable so much I've bought another couple. These 1 foot cables are just perfect when you don't want wires trailing, I use them to attach my iPhone to a power bank and to the USB socket in my car. They are really durable cables, surviving trips in pockets and bags. I really love the free cable tie that comes with it and lets you coil it neatly.

This is my third cable from Anker and probably 7th product from Anker counting the batteries and headphones I've also bought. Beyond the products' quality, the main reason I keep buying their products is their amazing, quick and responsive customer service, who fulfil their warranty promises!Will be sure to return very soon!

Ideal size to use with the car charger for in-car use. A well made product that comes with a lifetime warranty. You may pay a premium for this cable - but you will certainly get your monies worth. I have bought Anker cables in the past, am satisfied with their quality of manufacture to price, and will continue to buy them.

I've used Ankers products for over a year including cables and chargers. They are one of the best out there in my view. I have experienced only one issue with a failed cable (I am a heavy user of cables and chargers to be fair, as travel so regularly). They replaced rapidly without any issue whatsoever. A1.

Excellent cable - much better than one that comes with Apple devices. Takes full advantage of fast charging plugs and it very resistant to damage from bending. The extra protection gives the impression the cable will last a long time and it’s great these cables are available in additional lengths to suit.

As we have just moved to Apple from Android so are having to replace our numerous legacy charging cables We would need to re mortgage to buy Apple branded wires so these are a much cheaper alternative. They work as expected are guaranteed for life and certified made for i equipment. Very happy so far.
