Bought the product 2yrs 3mths ago, and it has worked really well. 10ft length is great when you're on a couch and the nearest charger is far away. Cable got frayed about an inch away from the Lightning connector end. Contacted Anker Support via email - their first email to me requested a delivery address for the replacement cable :-) (as well as other info like the order number, serial number, and a pic of the cable problem). Totally easy, no stress, and very friendly & courteous service (Amazon keeping track of all may previous orders helped a lot). Replacement cable went missing but Anker Support provided a tracking number, but the problem was at my end (mis-filed in the office).

- The cable, and its connectors at either end, feel super high quality– and I love that the moulding around the connectors extends as one piece to become the jacket around the cable; rather than separate parts.- I appreciate the (seemingly) genuine Lightning connector, and MFi certification.- The cable is pretty thick; it's not hugely flexible, and its ruggedness feels a bit mismatched versus the Lightning connector it's connected to. I'm guessing the thickness is partly related to carrying power+USB data 3 metres, and partly in an attempt to stress-proof the cable.- Was impressed by the packaging it came in. Felt a little wasteful having an elaborate, thick box,

After going through many lightning cables, no matter how good the reviews, they simply disintegrated after few months. I bought the Anker PowerLine II Lightning Cable(10ft) MFI for my wife and after heavy, daily use for around 20 months the cable started fraying on the outer insulation near the lightning connector end. I contacted Anker as there was a lifetime warranty, and after filling out a simple online warranty claim form, we had a replacement 3 days later. It is very rare for a company to offer a lifetime warranty but Anker stands by its product. The product is fantastic but with this customer service I am even more obliged to use Anker products/accessories in future. Great job Anker.

Used sensibly but failed to work after 3 weeks. It's 3 days out of Amazon return warranty and useless. Not recommended if you need a longer-lasting lead to charge your iPhone. The World's Most Durable Cable, MFi Certified for iPhone??? I DON'T THINK SO.... Try harder Anker!Amendment:Following my disappointment with this product, Anker Customer Support offered to exchange the faulty cable which I accepted. The replacement cable was received within two days and so far, has functioning perfectly. It's early days on the performance of this cable but the customer support service & response cannot be questioned. Thanks.

Over the years I have had lots of lightning cables, I always go for the Apple certified ones. I chose these ones because of the brand and also the strength at either end of the cable. I have purchased them in the black and white 6ft and10ft.I am very pleased with all of them, the 10ft is superb if you need to use your device while plugged in. I have used them for iPad Pro 12.9 inch, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and iPad mini. I haven't had any issues with any of the cables on any of the devices. Excellent quality for money. The 10ft ones also come with a Velcro strap to keep the cables tidy.

You can tell as soon as it touches your hands that this cable has no intentions of ever breaking. Not only is the cable itself thick, the meeting point at the connectors, usually any cables weak point, feels as if it reinforced so as not to bend at awkward right angles. I suppose that's why Anker feel confident offering a lifetime warranty, because these won't wear out anytime soon.While we currently only buy Anker products (have used them for a long time and they just work and work well) I think we'll get even more specific and buy Powerline II cables exclusively going forward.

Timely arrival. Well made and packaged, though could have had sturdier plug casings. These seem very similar to very cheap cable plugs so I expect the cable will fail in the same place (where the pug ends and the cable begins) as the cheaper cables.Very satisfied with it so far. I’ll post an update if it fails to last for at least six months . I’m super careful with my equipment and cables (I have jack to jack guitar/bass leads that have lasted me 20-25 years still working perfectly) so if they fail, it’s definitely not due to neglect. I would recommend buying this cable.

I have bought several of these cables and can testify that they are very tough and can take a lot of punishment.My 7 year old has a habit of tugging cables out of his iPad rather than removing them properly.As a result I went through "cheap" cables like they were going out of style.Eventually, I decided that enough was enough and paid extra for an Anker cable.What a difference. I was so impressed with the quality & durability that I purchased several more.I have saved a fortune in cables and have never looked back since.

Really high quality sturdy cable unlike most other iPhone cables I’ve had in the past. The lifetime warranty is a godsend, after a lot of use this charger started to show some splitting in the cable liner near the phone port (a very common issue with chargers that I’m sure we’ve all faced). I contacted Anker and they very quickly and simply got a new one sent out to me no questions asked.Fantastic customer service, the representative I dealt with was called Komorebi but I’m sure they’re all excellent

I made this purchase for myself because of have become sick of buying Lighting Charging leads for IPhonesThis one states a lifetime guarantee under normal fair useI got this back in September and thought I would give it a couple of months to see how durable it isThe cable itself is thicker than the normal The connections at each end offer flexibility however you can see they are well manufactured the price is a bit more expensive however in the long term I expect it’s a sound investment

I bought this cable for two reasons: 1) because I'm sick and tired of wimpy Apple or other third party cables breaking on me and 2) for the extra length which is handy when sockets aren't conveniently placed. The 10ft length is great and covers almost every situation I encounter. As for durability, it's too soon to verify this claim but all the indications are good. Everything about the cable feels much more rugged than other cables I've used, without too much extra weight. Very happy.

Good quality USB and Lightning connection at either end joined by a strong thick cable. Looks and feels way better that the cables provided by Apple and Belkin brands; both of which I have previously owned. Comes with a lifetime guarantee too, providing you register the product with Anker's website.Time will tell if the cable is worthy of the 5 star review I have given it, but right now it seems I've finally bought a good quality, durable cable.Definitely recommended!

I’ve bought about 4 of these and only had an issue with two of them. One was the rubber boot badly split where it joins the cable and the other was playing up when charging (saying device not supported or something like that) Anker were really quick to resolve and sent out two replacements very quickly even though it was over the end of year bank holiday period. Customer service was excellent so they very much uphold the lifetime guarantee. Well done Anker

I bought the Anker PowerLine II Lightning Cable(10ft) for my teenage daughter and after heavy, daily use for around 18 months the cable unfortunately parted at the lightning connector end. I contacted Anker as there was a lifetime warranty, and after some simple questions to clarify the claim we had a replacement 2 days later. The product is fantastic but with this customer care I am even more determined to use Anker wherever possible. Superb!

These are easily the best cables on the market and customer service is brillant.I bought alot of these cables which are far better than any apple cable which normally split after couple of months.Although they can split eventually, which only happened to a couple of mine the company will send you free replacements with their life time guarantee.I bought the 3 meter long cables which make it easy to use devices when charging.
