I work in a restaurant that make in house bread. The first cut I did with this knife cut my hand. It is extremely sharp. THE sharpest bread/cake knife I have ever used. Comfortable handle and well balanced.

I make my own bread and the usual sized bread knife just wasn’t long enough. This knife is perfect, worth the money. I also use it to slice roast meat, it is really versatile - very very sharp be careful.

Perfectly shaped blade, ergonomic handle, another excellent knife from wusthof. I find them much easier to use than Japanese knives and much more affordable for the same quality.

Knife is sharp! Looks good. Got it for a great price. Do yourself a favour and buy the $10 blade guard from Wustof...for your and the knifes' protection!
