I bought this 6 inch utility knife to replace my old Anolon knife that had given years of good service. The Wusthoft is beautifully balance, the blade is light but strong and incredibly sharp. The handle sits just right in the hand.As the name suggests it is a utility knife and I have used it for al sorts of foods in the kitchen where it has proved ideal.I will most certainly replace my other knives with Wusthoft when the time comes.The item is not the cheapest, but the price reflects the quality.I have no hesitation in recommending this Knife.

One of the best knives I have ever come across. I have purchased a wusthof knife previously and other knives from other shops. But this has to be my favourite. I love how sharp the knife is. I managed to cut the sponge i used to clean the knife with accidentally while cleaning the knife. I absolutely fell in love with the handle it was very smooth and felt right for the hand. I can't exactly fault the product even for it's price as it is one of the few knives you will need.
