I fully agree this is an expensive knife, for the price of one of these you could easily buy at least a dozen run-of-the-mill kitchen knives. But it's worth every penny: very sharp (and stays that way for a very long time, even with daily use), a very good grip, easy to wash, and all in all a pleasure to use. Every single time I use this knife - which is every day - I can't help feeling happy about having bought it!

Got this knive iam tranning to be a commis chef I got 2 wusthof knives both are great this little knive is razor sharp you won't be disappointed my sous chef told me it's a good knive too hope this helps

Bought my son-in-law a set of Wusthof Classic Knives as a present some time ago. He is a keen cook and always wanted some. I treated myself to the above and am absolutely delighted with it.

I have never had such a sharp knife in my kitchen, hope it lasts a life time. Love some more but will have to save up as they are expensive
