This. Hands-down. Is THE sharpest knife in my kitchen.Personally, I bought this for slicing through catering-sized flanks of meat in order to make some (read, LOTS) of homemade jerky. Previously I had been using reasonably sharp steel knives, ceramic knives and even a serrated steak knife (for no apparent reason) and they sucked. When working with a particularly tough brisket or trying to carve out fatty strips, the general kitchen knives made it physically demanding work.But THIS Victorinox C675 Stake Knife blows everything else out of the water. as a butcher I use these knives daily for my work. they cut well and hold an edge well too. ive had mine for a few years now and all seems good. whats more to say, its a knife

What a amazing knife I watched a YouTube video with the butcher Scott rea and he reccomend them so I thought I would try it and what a great buy it was. 100% buy one

Great for slicing through chicken and beef or whatever :) made me nervous using it...extremely sharp..i did say sharp right?

Well, nice one and sturdy. Too expensive I would say. But Victorinox is world class quality brand . I trust it.

By far the best knife for cutting through sides of beef......I make my own biltong and this is just amazing
