It makes peeling fruit and veg a pleasure. The knife is small, very sharp, nicely weighted with a solid feel about it that fits into the hand perfectly. Great value considering the cost of an Asian equivalent.

Another addition to my growing Wusthof knife collection. Small and useful for peeling vegetables and fruit. Excellent quality as one would expect from Wusthof. Very fast delivery over Easter from Belgium.

This is a beautifully made knife and the blade is a perfect shape for peeling and cutting fruit and vegetables. Just dont throw it away with the peelings!

It's good, albeit a pain to sharpen, still trying to work out how... That is of course inherent with all birds beak knives.

Brilliant knife range. This little paring knife is great, really handy for peeling potatoes and fruits.

Good balance in the hand, blade has the right curve, Quicklt became a favourite knife for turning veg.
