This is an beautifully made and excellent quality piece of equipment. One small comment though - I don't have particularly large hands, but I do find the handle a little on the small side. Nevertheless, a very welcome addition to my batterie de cuisine.

Very sharp and flexible. Perfect for cutting round the bones on a ham shoulder but also went through a ribeye of beef like butter. Minor quibble is that for the price a more durable sheath would have been good, not least because it is lethally sharp.
