Strange that the other review is so negative. I have used this for 2 months now and compared to two other cheaper models that we already had, it works perfectly. Maybe the other person actually thought this was a way to peel an orange, but it is really for cutting a lemon or orange twist for cocktails, and for this it works perfectly. Best used on fresh fruit taken from the fridge so it is firm, no peeler/zester will work on flimsy warm fruit (but why would you want to use this anyway!). Expensive but guess you get what you pay for.

If you like your cocktails, you really should get one of these! It works fantastically well! So easy to use and a strip of orange peel tied into a knot really tops off a Cosmopolitan!! Very pleased with it and pleased I bought the Wüsthof knife. Great quality!
