People seem to keep trying to come up with alternatives to the basic sealant gun and this one seems to offer nothing in particular special. Rather than dropping the cartridge into a frame it is gripped at the base by a pair of sets of teeth mounted either side. This makes changing over cartridges slightly quicker, but this has never been an issue for me. It is somewhat chunkier than a standard sealant gun, so there are no storage advantages there.Unlike the Durgun, this one does not even pretend to have a 'reverse' to pull the sealant back into the nozzle, but I have never found this feature to work particularly well on it, so it is not exactly missed.Think I am likely to stick with my standard sealant gun,

Wow! the best sealant gun i bought. Worth every penny.I bought many cheap guns upto £10 (each broke the same way)I looked up on this new type. Looks chunky but it's not-ok...What can i say it's solid, easy to use & no hassle to change your cartridge (most std size)Simply pull from back using trigger & push in cartridge & squeeze.To quickly change you only need to push both the green edges together-that's it!Very good design as the mechansim cannot be broken.Cheaper versions out their but i would highly recommend this wolcraft brand.Hope this helps others baised on my experience with other sealant guns in the past.I rate 100%- excellentHope my review helps other to decide.Further question more

I was skeptical purchasing this but thought I'd give it a go after a frustrating experience using a conventional caulk gun (lots of oozing) and reading good reviews. It's a genuine improvement – easier on your hands, no oozing, and the tube clamp mechanism keeps mess from using it mostly off the gun itself. Only thing perhaps not as advertised is the size in the toolbox – it actually takes up basically the same amount of space.

This is ace, I've used a number of budget guns before though found them to be really weak, or the handles be so thin that excess pressure is forced painfully in to your palm.Not so with this though. It's real comfy, and genuinely the cartridge I was using didn't lose sealant whilst not in use. It's brilliant. The cartridge insert is sturdier than expected to. And no annoying squealing sounds whilst you crank the plunger in.

WolfcraftHad a similar gun to this for years but couldn't recall the make nor model number so when it disappeared, I couldn't find it anywhere but this is perfect! No frame to fiddle the pointy end through, you just drop it in and it grabs tight, then just squeeze the quick release clamps to change . Fantastic! It's actually better than the one that disappeared. Love it.

Surprisingly good, used and broke so many guns in the past,handle bends and metal fatigues.Seen this and had my reservations if it would hold the tubes if different widths or not. Took a punt and its paid off. Works great, very sturdy, better than I thought, dont normally write these review things, belt felt I should to say how impressed I was.

I got this as it looked different and said it doesn’t carry on spewing out after triggering. Well that was a load of old boll X ! I used it with caulk, silicone, adhesives, fillers and it still keeps coming out..... bit of a novelty but works well if only if it didn’t carrying on after you think that’s it, and it still spews it out ffs!

What i like:* makes caulking and silicone a much easier task* much better control than the cheaper metal ones* auto cut off means no more waste seeping out* seems well builtWhat i dislike:* nothingDefinitely worth the extra few quid over the metal ones , especially if youve got a bit of DIY ahead.

Have several "traditional" guns so this was an experiment. Have to say it seems (admittedly after brief use so far) to be very good and has benefits over the usual guns. I shall be using much more in new year on a fresh project and will report back if problems.

I was a little apprehensive about this considering the odd bad review but I have to say I am very pleased with it so far. It really does waste less product from dribbling. I have a lot of skirting to caulk, if it continues to perform I will be happy

My previous sealant gun had been really stiff and hard to use and hurt my hands, this was much smoother and easier. The mechanism works well and grips the sealant rube firmly and i found i could use it in more restricted spaces, so good all round.

only product i could find to replace my old everbuild version wicth was obsolite this new wolfcraft is far superior it grips the cartridges extreemley well and has very good control very easy to useWould highly recomend this product

Traditional guns are clumsy to fit and remove and not easy to control. This solves both problems. If you regularly have to switch between tubes this will save you lots of time. It can be fitted and removed in no time at all.

This product is so amazing. Just push and go all day long. And now you can have a selection of different dispensers in on place. Quick change quick release mechanism Just select insert and GO

This allows you to get in tight behind taps and into corners where ordinarily the mastic gun would cause difficulties. Excellent grip holds every job I put in there firm has never slipped
