After trying to use a cheap metal version from wilko my hand was breaking trying to do anything, my arm would ache and caulk/silicone etc would still ooze out meaning i had to constantly wipe it and start again.So i bought this, what a night and day difference, it is so much easier on my hand/arm and as soon as you stop, so does the oozing, its brilliant and well worth the money. Ive put off doing a few jobs but with this il be fine.

Spend a couple of quid mode and get something like this one. It's a much better model than the cheap metal framed one. The pull handle is much easier to use. The only drawback is that the pull handle is not a hook like you see on most of the other ones and so you can't hang it on something while you're not using it. Besides that, it's just a far more superior product to the equivalently priced metal framed sealant gun.

This Wolfcraft Caulking Gun represents a step up from the basic models in a typical DIY store. The front tube gun grips the cartridge better whilst the cartridge is still easy to insert and remove. The handle is more comfortable to use than most and offers good control. On occasions with harder sealant-type materials, quite a lot of pressure is needed and the gun can flex a bit but does its job.

It's sturdy, really easy to use.Be careful when ordering, it can only be used with the 290 ml,bigger ones will not fit!I used it to fit a mirror on my living room and it was a very simple job to use...At the beginning nothing was coming from it, but after I made a little cut in the glue stick, it was super easy to use.Fully recommended!

I like the gun just some longer caulks/silicone don't fit in lengthI found it struggled with grip fill with it not being very powerful but so if your grip fill isn't warm enough it's practically impossible to use.When using with silicone though it is fantastic very smooth very light and feels solid.Worth the money for sure

This is so much better than the metal ones I used to purchase . As they would go stiff and rust up and couldn’t remove the sealant tube fromIt . This is so easy to use and refill ! I am so glad I purchased this plastic one instead ! It’s very sturdy and strong and simple to use ! Perfect buy

What an excellent tool. I used to have the old most common gun it always got stuck and was difficult to handle. This is just great as the silicone comes out with no effort and it stops as you stop pulling. Best buy ever and not expensive either.

You would think all these are similar - you would be wrong. The ability to stop the paste coming out when you release the trigger makes all the difference between the job being straightforward or a rather sticky nightmare.

This is a great thing... Was impressed by how it stops flow when you take pressure off. Others continue to ejecalate when you don't want them to, causing a dreadful mess... It's also easy on the hands, no more blisters...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Can’t lie got to give this one a perfect review I was well pleased with this of how light and solid it was at the same time good engineering went into this thanks for that and the price was even better.

Advantages over basic steel types:+Easier to insert/remove/align cartridge+Finer/smoother gradation of application - more controlled+Doesn't rust+All in all, well worth the extra cost.

After years of using very cheap ones decided to buy this one. It is easy to load and easy to use but the best feature for me is the ability to release the pressure easily. Great product.

Have tried various different caulking guns and this is the only one that has worked for me ….. all the others have either resulted in painful hands or have not worked efficiently.

I was sceptical about buying this as I’d seen some reviews about how it broke easily and didn’t work etc but it was actually fine. Worked well for me, easy to use, no complaints.

Very good tool, auto stop feature excellent. Found it slightly easier to use than previous one (different supplier) hopefully it’s sturdy as I’ve used it on the bathroom so far.
