Right, first off - I love theses shoes and wear them as often as I can as they give my feet unbelievable freedom of movement. The are comfy well made and (mostly) well designed. They are always commented on and I have sold the virtues of the Furoshiki to all that would listen. The weigh next to nothing and fold up small for travelling, which is superb. my one niggle I the small rubberated (definitely not a real word, but you'll get my drift) toe-cap, it needs to continue about 3-5mm further up the shoe. there have been several instances of my big toe popping up, out of the rubberated (real word now I've used it twice) pocket. Now I wouldn't be so bold as to say I've got normal feet,

So I ordered a US 8.5 - 9 on the Amazon site, they sent me a pair that says US 9 - 9.5 inside the shoes and US 8 - 8.5 on the box. I was so pissed until I tried it on, the fit was great. I heard some mix reviews about the size, that's why even though there was some places online a little bit cheaper, I went with Prime Wardrobe in case I need to an exchange. So definitely go with Amazon if you're planning to try a pair.Otherwise, this shoe is very comfortable and secure. Initially was iffy about how secure that wrap design was, but after trying it, I think it should be more than enough for everyday wear. As for sport activity, definitely can see this shoe lasting for activities such as jumping rope and deadlifting,

I did my research as an owner of some "Five Fingers" in size 43 before buying these. I decided on size 44 and they fit perfectly. These are very well made with solid stitching around the sole and all other important areas. The soles of these are thicker than on my FF Vibrams, but that's very good in my opinion, because I'm able to wear these all day with no soreness, or hot spots. The soles are still thin enough to be "minimalist" but not too thin that you literally feel EVERY thing you step on like with my FF Vibrams.Very breathable design as well. After wearing all day in humid, mid 90s weather, my feet do not feel sweaty as with my FF Vibrams.Bottom line for me, I love these and would buy them again and honestly,

Only dislike is that i can feel my toenail getting caught on the inside of the shoes spandex on my right foot smaller toe....perhaps i need to trim my toenails...also i do have a bit of a club foot...other than that the fit is pretty nice, perfect actually while not leaving too much room for unwanted wigglingPricey, but i will keep updated on durability of the furoshikis once i wear them for a while.Overall, 5 stars so far since i can use them to do some low intensity rock wall training and they're very nice to walk in although they do get sweaty and need to air out after a good walk or jog....like any shoes reallyUpdate:. First off I bought the original in 2016. After 4 years of wearing them, mostly inside, they gave up and I had to chuck them. Over 4 years service isn't bad though considering I wore them pretty much every day. This version seems hugely improved over the original. First off the Velcro doesn't make contact with the floor. The toe has more protection. The sizing is way better (Before it was XS, S, M, L and XL) and they just seem a bit more robust. I picked my size of Vibram Five Fingers, 9.5-10 (44) and the fit is perfect. Will I wear them outside and go on long walks, probably not, I have my other Vibrams for that. I wear them as sort of slippers but then can also go outside to the car/garage etc,

I use these mostly as slippers for around the house. They are very comfortable and the fit is pretty standard. They clean up easily in the washer and hang dry in 12 - 24 hours depending on temp and humidity in the house. They pack up small and come with a stretchy bag so they're easy to stuff in my purse when I'm going to someone else's house. No idea what they'd be like as a running shoe but I've used them for weight lifting and power walking on the treadmill and they're great. In winter I put a felt insole in them for extra warmth as we're in Quebec and it can get cold in the house sometimes. The way they're made,

I LOVE these shoes!!I was wanting something like a sock with a sole and this is it. I get knee pain when I wear shoes, so I prefer to go without, but that does not fly if you need to go public places.I found these shortly before a trip to Europe, I was so very happy to have them. I wore them all day every day and did great.If you don like shoes, these are a great solution! Highly recommendedI wear with a lightweight sock. Get an occasional rock inside, but far better than going bare foot everywear.Super easy to clean- I just put in a bin of soapy water, rubbed them down a bit, hang dry. They dry quicklyCon-They are not cute or stylish, but I think the all black is not as obvious

While I vary what shoes I wear, I’m barefoot or in minimalist shoes around 50% of the time. I bought these to wear around the house in place of slippers and the are by far and away the comfiest slippers / house shoes I’ve ever worn.The minimal Vibram sole provides good protection against my kids toys and against the tiled / wood floors plus the stretchy fabric genuinely just cocoons your feet. As other reviews have stated, the toe box is a tiny bit narrow. I wear a UK 11 and these are true to size but, while hardly restrictive, a tiny bit more room around the toes would make these even better but, even as they are, they remain pretty perfect!

I needed new summer-weigh casual footwear and since I like Vibram, I decided to give these a try. My shoe size is 10.5 extra wide (U.S.) and these size 44 men's are a good fit. I find the uppers super-comfortable and I think the light, flexible shoe will be good for foot health. My only issue was that my feet are rather sensitive and the thin sole and thin, hard insole were a tad hard on me. My solution has been to go to the pharmacy and buy a pair of inexpensive thin gel insoles (store brand)--I needed to get the women's standard size, which fit perfectly, they provided precisely the added cushion I needed.

I bought mine using Amazon's sizing table which shows EU41 = US 8.5-9I received EU41 = US 8-8.5They fit but feel tight and a little narrow. One of the heel flaps hurts my left foot and I can't stop but wondering if the right size would have been better.I'm a bit disappointed because I paid for an item that is the wrong size due to the store's wrong sizing table and I can't even return it because I live outside the US and sending em back is not an option.Concerning the shoe, it looks good. Well constructed and it's pretty... But I can't comment on how comfortable is due to the aforementioned issue.

I normally wear a 9.5 mens but a 41EU fits perfectly. The dark jean color is much nicer than the black. This shoe is the closest thing to barefoot. I don’t know if I would run or hike in these but they seem to be perfect for lounging or going to the grocery store in. Not a bad camp shoe either if you’re a backpacker, they weigh about 5.5 oz each or 11 oz as a pair and fold up very small. However, the merrel vapor glove is the same weight and offers much more protection. Although the vapor glove isn’t as compact, it much better for himing/running. Both of these shoes dry pretty quickly.

these are amazing. i havent run or played any sports in them but they seem slightly better than 5 fingers (my last pair was a decade ago tho). one major difference i did know is how WARM these shoes are. my feet get steamy and sweaty reminding me of what it is like to be on a plane for 10+hrs with boots and having my socks go crusty to uncrusty again. not really into traditional type shoes anymore and prefer barefoot or sandals and these make a good hybrid where i dont want anything bulky or dont want a slipper thatll go flying if i gotta chase something.

Brought these after they come highly recommended by a friend and wow was he right! These are brilliant, the most conformable shoes I've ever owned. They feel like walking bare feet but have just the right amount of sole to make walking over rough ground comfortable. Think I will be wearing these a lot more than I expected when I bought them. Only small downside is they feel a little to big. I brought in my normal size 9 and they feel like a size 9.5 but to be honest it doesn't affect anything comfort wise. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I LOVE these shoes! Do not go by your shoe size though. Measure your heal to your longest toe for a proper fit. There are sizing charts online for vibram. The souls give great support while the rest of the shoe bends and gives to your foot as you walk. It’s like wearing socks with a sturdy rubber soul. I haven’t done any running or exercises in them so I can’t speak of the dexterity or longevity. However, they are great house shoes! I wear them all the time while at home doing chores or walking the dogs. Way better than slippers!!

There are a few Japanese style shoes that are very comfortable when a casual, around the house kind of shoe is desired. The Furoshiki style shoes are very different in the way they go on your feet and the way they feel throughout the day.Now the big question, are they worth it? My dad taught me to always get the best, whenever I can. That way the higher quality will work better, feel better, and last longer. There are cheaper alternatives however, I feel like I made the right choice every time I put my Furoshiki shoes on.
