I bought this bottle of single malt whisky, on the recommendation from my boss. I had never heard of this whisky before and therefore read some reviews that were glowing.The Whisky arrived in a very well protective box, with a strong bubble wrap for protection whilst in transit. The bottle is in a tubular decorative and informative box.On tasting this malt, I was extremely impressed with its smooth flavour. I tried it first on its own, which was absolutely beautiful, I then tried it with a lump of ice and then with a dram of water( on different occasions, of course). The flavour, remained smooth and flavoursome, hoever, i preffered it on its own.I must say, this is one of my favourite single malts,

Easy drinking malt in the same bracket as Glenmorangie 10 and AnCnoc 10. Personally prefer the taste of these over this 16 year old and they are of course cheaper too. But this is still an excellent tipple and of all the other versions of the Tomintoul, this is the one to go for.

Delivery was as advised, and the precious bottle came in an excellent package. The bottle is, as yet, unopened, but I know from earlier tastings of the Tomintoul that it will not disappoint.

I've done a little research on the web such a shame this whisky is chill filtered ,I'm going to purchase the 14 yr old which clearly states it is not on the label

Nice whisky very mellow and smooth. Missing a few complexities of flavour compared with the more aged whisky from this distillery but still a good beginner.

This arrived very quickly and was very well wrapped. The whisky is quite sublime, very smooth and could fast become a firm favourite.

This Is one of the best single meats out there, but less well known. Similar to Oban, but with more depth and character.

well packed and tastes even better. One of the lesser known single malts but it is lovely to drink.

This is a beautiful scotch, very smooth and deep flavoured. Very well priced on Amazon also.
