This vacuum is amazing! I'll explain why in a minute. So been looking for a replacement for my dyson V6 for a while and was probably going to buy another Dyson but my heart didnt really lie in it as I have now had 3 dysons but was never completely happy with them. For handiness, cleaning power, manouevring they were great but I never thought the build quality was that great. Bits always kept falling off or bodywork cracking and splitting. I also didnt want to go for the V11 due to price. So I began checking reviews for the Tineco S12 along with a few others. Reviews were very good but still reasonably expensive so I wasnt sure. Amazon then had a discount voucher on the product which expired on 21st Jan.Was priced at £469 but £70 off with the voucher, so £399. This sounded ok. Then dyson put their V10 Total Clean on sale at the same time, £100 off the list price of £479. So I could have bought that for £20 less than the Tineco. My worries about Dyson niggled away at me though so took the plunge and ordered the Tineco.So the Tineco arrived in a nice neat box. Opened it up and everything looked so well packaged. Lots of cardboard and packed to perfection. Even small boxes with parts in them had extra foam stuck inside to ensure everything stayed fully supported whilst transporting. I have to be honest, I have never seen anything so well packaged in my life. Once I had everything out onto the table I started to inspect the pieces. I am totally amazed at how well this thing is made. Build quality is incredible. Dyson not in the same league. So then got it charged up. On first run I decided to give it a challenge. I vacuumed a room (carpet) with my old V6. Lifted a bit of dirt so should have been clean. I then let rip with the Tineco over the same floor. On Auto it was so quiet. After finishing I was amazed at how much extra dirt the Tineco picked up. I love how you can hear the motor adjust itself when you change floors. Used it a few times now on both Auto and manual and its fantastic. The attachable filter cleaner is a genius idea. Basically what you are doing is vacuuming out the dust of the filter back into your cleaner bin. This machine looks amazing, really cool looking in black and white. 2 batteries are great to have as well. The screen on the top gives a lot of information to inform you if there is a blockage etc. There is also an app where you can track how the machine performs. Not sure its really required but may prove its worth over time. Bin emptying and removal is way easier than Dyson. Also the little switch that keeps it running without your finger on the trigger all the time. So far its really hard to find any cons with this. Only things I could say is that this is slightly bigger than a dyson and therefore a bit heavier. Its maybe not quite as manoueverable as the Dyson. The Dyson could turn on a sixpence due to the single roller ball on the brush. The tineco has 2 small wheels instead of the ball so doesnt turn as sharply. Only minor niggles to be honest. Of course I have had no need yet to contact support but I think that will be superb as well. In the manual and paperwork they go to great pains to tell you not to return to seller if theres a problem. They guarantee they will sort you out very quickly.So if like me you are deliberating over what to buy dont have any fear about buying this machine. Its Chinese made but you will not buy anything so well packaged and well built. Tineco seem to be going all out for top quality. If they continue in this vein they will kick dyson off top spot.ps. having read back this review before posting I cant believe how much I praised something simple like the packaging. But thats when you first realise you have bought something special.

This is our first cordless hoover. We were quite unsure to be honest if they are any good. Wanted a hoover with one brush that would do carpet and hard floor. Had a good battery life and some useful attachments. Ideally would of liked a extendable hose with it as that is a very useful tool. Had to purchase it on Amazon as Tineco's website only shows one item for sale, the carpet cleaning brush. Very disappointed, would of thought there would be a lot of accessories to pick and choose from but nope!.Anyway, came packaged well and was put together with no problems.The Good.Lightweight.Easy to move around when hoovering.Seems to clean carpets ok.Cleans wood floors with ease.The lights show up the dirt on wood floors which your eye's can't normally see,massive plus for that.Using the attachments with just the hand held part is a breeze and makes dusting furniture so easy.Battery life on Auto can do the hole 3 bedroom house (upstairs and downstairs) with 50% left and use it more with still 20% left. Plus still have the second battery if you need it, we haven't so far. Might come in handy when we hoover the car.The display is great, I don't bother with the phone app as that seems pointless to myself.Emptying the dirt bin is ok, no cleaner or dirty than our Vax corded hoover.The wall mounted dock station is great and you can see the charge of the battery on the hoover display, the second batter will have a green light flashing to show you it's charging.The not so Good or Niggles.Using the long crevice tool to hoover ceiling cobwebs didn't do so well, turned it on to full power and the cobwebs remained on the brush. So does dust and hairs from the bathroom. Kind of works but not as good as our old Vax corded hoover.Hoovering our kitchen rug which is just like our carpets makes the brush jump up and down and doesn't handle it well. Can't have it all I guess.Full power I find must be used when the battery if fully charged if you want to give carpets a deeper clean. Using full power when the battery is low doesn't work well or last long at all. Full power really does drain the battery very fast.Cleaning the main dust bin I'm not sure on. Tineco says do not get the ILOOP senor wet, so washing it with water is tricky. Cleaning it with a damp cloth is awkward and you have to use a ear bud to get into the awkward spots (shown in the picture). (Cleaning the filters is fine.)Cleaning the glass/plastic on the main brush is awkward as the motor is in the way. (shown in the picture).Each attachment has a seal (shown in the picture), i'm not sure how long they will last. That's just a concern at the moment.Dust bin not very big. Though if it was, it wouldn't fit on the wall charging mount.Overall though, very happy with the Tineco Pure One S12. Makes hoovering so easy. Would recommend it 100% so far.

I’ve recently received this, and the perceived quality far exceeds the brittle looking Dyson V11 with which it’s frequently compared. The long extension tube is powder coated aluminium. Everything slots together effortlessly. Just as well with the bewildering range of accessories in the box. Suction/ pickup seems very good and the two partially charged batteries supplied don’t require a costly service visit to replace. Charging takes 3 hours and gives up to 30 minutes of normal use from 2 batteries. The wall bracket holds four tools plus the long extension tube and the spare battery. Both batteries charge simultaneously during storage.The small dust bin requires emptying every few minutes.

Having done extensive research for the last 18months comparing cordless vacuums on the market, I found Tineco through Amazon. I was interested in the fact that two batteries were provided unlike many of the comparable vacuums, giving a much longer amount of cleaning time. However, being able to link it to my smart phone did not interest me and I hate paying for something that I will not benefit from.I contacted Tineco Customer Services via email on a number of occasions and asked lots of questions to help me make my decision. The Pure One S12 Plus is not available in the UK, but I wanted the opportunity to upgrade the S12 with some of the parts that come as standard with the higher model.

Since our Bosch Athlet got broken i’m struggling to find another vacuumer that me and my wife will love it. Had few vacuumers after Bosch but none of them were something that would impress us over the time.Recently friend of mine has aquired a Dyson V11, to be honest it does a really good job but very costly. Nonetheless, i was going to buy it but than i’ve noticed Tineco S12 on Amazon so i’ve decided to do a little research on it. Plenty of demonstration and comparison videos on youtube with Tineco and all of them are positive. Also, did read reviews on different sites about Tineco S12 and because the way it looks i like it more than Dyson and it is about 25% cheaper i’ve decided to buy it.Honestly,

Wow what can l say, l saw the Tineco Pure One and having done hours of research l decided to buy it. Sadly at that time it was out of stock on amazon, so l emailed Tineco and they politely assured me it will be in stock soon, and it was.Like many individuals l wanted the Plus version, but not being an option l ordered the soft brush from amazon.de and because l wanted the bending tool and extra thin tool l opted to buy the A10/A11 accessories (which are available here and fit the Pure One) . So my conclusion: l have an excellent cordless vacuum which is powerful, comes with a great bundle of attachments, power that lasts enough to do a 10 roomed house thanks to having 2 batteries,

After reading lots of reviews where is compared with another cordless more expensive vacuum cleaner I decide to go for Tineco S12.I have my new S12 for 1 week and so far I think is the best cordless vacuum cleaner that you can get from the market!The power suction is amazing! You can adjust the level of suction with a slide and also he can detect himself where he need more power (Auto Mode) so your battery will last longer!First time I use my S12 was after I used my old vacuum cleaner I was surprised by how much dust I had!!! Also I use it on my mattress and again lots of dust even is cleaned on weekly basis.The vacuum cleaner is coming with the brush for carpet but I would reccomend to buy the brush for hardfloor if you need it makes the difference!!!

Purchased this vacuum to replace my old cordless which kept cutting out. This was at a much better price than another model offering a similar spec. Lovely looking vacuum with spare battery which is a real plus. It is also much, much quieter than my old cordless (cat is much happier and does not run away every time I bring the vacuum out). Automatic power which adjusts depending on amount of dirt saves battery. Also pleased with the fact that batteries are removable from main unit, and therefore replaceable. Lots of useful attachments. LED light in main head shows up dust and debris. Gadget which holds power button in the ‘on position’ is easily applied.

We've had this for 5 months now and bought it in preference to a Dyson V10 which was a similar price but there was an offer on the Tineco which brought it down to £399. In addition the Tineco had an extra battery. We were replacing a Sebo upright which was getting rather heavy for us to carry upstairs and have never had a cordless vacuum before.Pros:It looks smartIt is very portableThe tools give easy access to difficult to reach areasIt picks up pet hairs quite wellCons:Only if you boost the power up to full does it generate enough suction to pick up as well as our SeboOn full power it soon overheats and cuts out meaning you have to leave it for around 15 mins to coolIt doesn't generate enough suction to pick up well with the brush tools which have long bristlesLarger particles (2-3mm)

Had this vacuum just over two months so pretty much discovered its pluses and minuses I think.On the plus side really lightweight, flexible - in that you take it almost everywhere and great battery life. The filter cleaning tool is brilliant, I will cover emptying and getting hands dirty later.Downsides some of the tools (and you can see they have taken a lot of time putting this package together) just don't cut it and one or two are just useless. While stair cleaning should be a doddle with this machine the tool doesn't properly go to edges or deep clean like Dyson versions I've had in past. The tools that try to cover two functions don't work as the little stop button just pops out with the slightest pressure.As with most canister type vacuums,

With the 2 batteries I can clean our 3 bed house in one go (couldn't do that with my old Dyson).Top features: Two batteries as standard (worth it for this alone!); Good price; good suction; battery charge shown as percentage (much more useful than ever-changing "minutes left"); auto-power works by detecting amount of dust being drawn up, so you can hear (by motor speed) and see (by blue-red light ring) when you need to do a bit extra; manual override for suction power; filter-cleaning mechanism supplied (works well); the wife's long hair doesn't get caught much in the head, and the little that does is easily removed; neat holder (charges both batteries at the same time); neat bag for good selection of tools;Minor niggles: dust bin small,

A great vacuum and probably a great alternative to the dyson v11., which overall wouldnt hesitate to recommend. There are a couple of issues people might find slightly disapppinting with it, namely being it feels quite heavy on the wrist on both high and low cleaning. The website states the unit is 3.53lbs this is clearly a mistake and ,I think this should read kgs. For people that require deep cleaning of deep pile carpets I don't think the auto mode which this vacuum sells itself on ( namely being an intellegent vacuum) is always good enough to do this job. The unit detects the amount of dirt passing through it and this is what activates the amount of suction required which is great if the dirt is on the surface,

So we needed a new vacuum and decided that a cordless stick type was best for our needs. Our only decision was Dyson or Shark, after much research via watching videos, reading reviews and trying in shop we had made the decision. Then whilst searching Amazon I saw the Tineco Pure 1 S12, and the last few weeks of deciding went out the window, not only did the Tineco in my opinion look better but all the reviews put it on par or better than Dysons top offering also the 100 min runtime was better than anything else available and a few other features such as the filter cleaner and being able to charge both batteries at the same time was a huge deciding factor, so after a few days I decided to bite the bullet and buy the Tineco,

Build quality, design ,practicality and attachments make it very functional peace of equipment and pleasure to use it. Looks very nice and great build quality (In my opinion better than plastiky Dyson). It's very guiet on auto mode or up to half way on a slider -You can cleaning your house even at night. Both batteries are enough to give a good clean a large 3 bedroom house ( 80% in deep carpets ). Dust bin it's not the biggest but is nearly "hygienic" if used up to the max level shown on it. Filter cleaning attachment - brilliant idea. Main roller brush with leds is well design -very little amount off long hairs are tangled ( right in the middle ) but it's very easy to clean.

You won’t find a better vacuum. We are so happy and impressed with our Tineco S12. When we were searching for a vacuum, the features that we were looking for were great suction, light weight, long time usage (duration battery power). We were looking for a vacuum that can clean all types of floors, as well as being able to manoeuvre well on the stairs and in the car. Of course what was also important was quality and cost.This vacuum ticks all those boxes, it comes with a supply of useful tools enhancing its flexibility. The spare battery with a compact wall docking and charging station enables us to have plenty of time to clean all areas of the house and car without having to wait for it to recharge.
