This has been my favourite coat for a long time. Thanks to the neck and hood design, I feel it protects me from the wind very well more than any coat has ever done. Also, the combination of the inner fleece and outer shell has been really great for me. And the zippable vents under the armpits have been useful when I feel I need some ventilation.I often wear the fleece by itself as a jumper and after years of washing, it is still holding up well (the inner fleece). I am actually wearing the fleece now. Thank you so much for such an amazing contribution to the world!

Bought this last week and used it at the weekend for the first time in strong wind and driving rain. I can confirm that it is completely wind proof and waterproof and after an hour in the wind and rain I was still as warm and dry as when I started out. I would recommend making the effort to find somewhere to try it on first. I used the North Face online sizing tool and it gave me a 50/50 choice between large and medium. I opted for large and was glad I did. Large is a perfect fit but medium would have been too tight.

I ordered a size one bigger than I usually need but this product fits perfectly. The inner fleece is easy to remove or put back in. It is slightly longer than similar products, which is exactly what I wanted. The main jacket zip is not as sturdy as I had hoped for and it zips up differently to other zips and could be described as a 'ladies zip' but once you get used to it there isn't a problem. It has under arm zips to allow air in if required. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

the jacket is highly adaptable, both the inner micro-fleece and the outer jacket can be worn separately. The water proof part is ideal. The draw strings are hidden in the pockets, the hood has an inner draw string so you can fit the hood to your own head size. To avoid any embarrassing sweaty patches, there is zip vents in the under arm for those wet muggy days. Over all great jacket and great investment. So much cheaper than buying it direct from NF

Completely waterproof & warm without being bulky, breathable too, so you won't get clammy. There's an ample hood which has a cord adjustment to raise it if it hangs too low over your eyes. There are Velcro cuff bands to tighten it to your wrist size, pull-cords inside the pockets to tighten the jacket around the hips and also a fleece inner-jacket which is detachable for warmer days. Would definitely recommend at this price.

It is a beautiful and discreet coat that can be used for various activities, day to day or on a mountain trek. Maintains comfort regardless of weather conditions. It is lightweight, comfortable, has good finishes only improved the quality of the zips and interior pockets. Pay attention to the size, I am 1.87 tall and bought the size L and the jacket is large in the length of the sleeves. Good buy I am satisfied.

A good three in one jacket, if you’re on the tall and slim side you need to strike a balancing act between the ideal sleeve vs shoulder fit, but if you’re planning on layering a bit of extra space is needed.The only minor niggles are the hood when stowed away can make for a bulky fit around the neck when full zipped up, and the reversed main front zip does not engage perfectly every time

Love the jacket ...lovely colour and the inner fleece is great and fits in with an internal zip to the external jacket making it a single jacket...the hood is long enough to keep the rain away from the face. ..quality is extremely good and is as expected from the North Face brand ...kept me very warm and cosy during the winter ...fitting is as expected ..would definitely recommend ...

According to the size chart, I would have needed XL. But since I already have other North face products, I knew that L fits well. Material in the usual NF quality. It is a pity only that they have saved on bags. But there are worse ones. My old NF jacket was 18 years old. There's the zipper now. Let's see how long it will last here with this filigree zipper. NF anytime again.

Excellent product at a very keen price - about a third of the high street. The jacket itself is a three in one - either r a fleece, a waterproof, or a warm waterproof. I've tried all three in typical UK conditions and each works well. This jacket is easy to separate and, more importantly, get back together.Loads of storage space, pockets and zips. Highly recommended

This is a nice jacket from The North Face, my husband loves it. Comfortable , warm and water proof.One thing I don’t like is the hood storage, it’s awkward and clumsy , almost to small. Cant fault the jacket otherwise.Bought from Blacks on Amazon, great customer service when I had to return for a different size. Fast delivery both times,Overall very pleased.

Quite a good jacket for the commute to office in the cold. I had a rain jacket and a skiing jacket and nothing in between. This jacket comes perfectly between those two. Quite comfortable and warm for the commute to office, didn't feel the -3 degree Celsius outside. Isn't that bulky, the reason I hate most cold climate clothing, and gives a good feeling.

I wear this for every function. Whether it’s to go to work in it, go out socialising, go for a walk; in the rain or in the cold, just everywhere. The 3 in 1 functionality it great and gives you the flexibility to decide how warm you want to be.I had a north face jacket for 10 years before this one, and now I hope this jacket is just as good.

This jacket is a nice colour and I find it extremely warm probably due to the tight elastic around the waist and wrists on the fleece. Missing some pockets and the colour is not as comfortable compared to other TNF 3-in-1s I have owned but I still like it the bright green detailing is a nice touch.

My previous coat The North Face was 20 years old and it was a good thing to lose color. These new ones seem to me much weaker, both the polar and the outside. The zips, also very weak and fragile. I hope this lasts at least half the time of the previous one. As for Trekkinn ... 100%, as always !!!
