This jacket is awesome, when i bought it i really tought i was buying something cheap that would feel cheap, but since i will rarely use it, only if im caught off guard and i have no choice but to walk in the rain i really didnt care much, its basically something thats going to live in my ruck and rarely be used, HOWEVER, this is just awesome, sure there are better, much much better out there, but for the price i paid ... not many will be better than this in my opinion, it simply looks good, looks like its something worth double what i paid for, it fits perfect, i went with XXL although im usually a XL so that was a good move, zipper pockets on the outside, inside pockets,no mesh on most of it except on the hoodie, but im only wearing this on top of a fleece or a sweatshirt so that really doesnt matter to me, its vented, little hole on the armpits and vented on your back, im super satisfied with this thing, another BIG PLUS it comes with its own little bag, and it looks amazing, seriously, a lot better than having it jut on its own, i took it out, tried it on and then rolled it back into that bag with no problema, it gets really small and its super lightweight, i love it, in my ruck everything is organized it its own bag or drybag, didnt alter my ruck weigh, a few grams maybe but i really didnt feel it. Im satisfied.

Very happy with this. Was worried it was going to be huge as many of these type of waterproofs can be but it fits my son absolutely perfectly. My 14 year old is quite broad and 5ft 8/9. He has grown out of Small in Men's and just gone into Medium so I bought Medium sized and it's a very good fit.It fits him pefectly length ways and the arm length is a perfect fit. It's slightly baggy in the chest which is great as he needs to fit underneath a t-shirt and fleece so just the exact amount of room. I bought this for my son's Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award Expedition which is taking place this Summer so needed something which was lightweight but also windproof and waterproof. The zips looks good quality. My son tends to catch zips all the time in poorer quality made waterproofs so I was happy to see the chunky sized zips. It zips up to the top nice and easily and doesn't catch on the neck. Hood comes over nicely and has toggles to tighten.Comes with a little bag but I already have a slightly larger square bag which has a pair of waterproof trousers in it so I am putting it in there instead. My son has difficulty fitting items into tiny bags but others may not have this problem.Exactly what I wanted. Very happy.

I brought one of these about 4 years ago and used it for hiking, cycling and to go over my leather jacket when riding in the pouring rain on my motorbike, so it has taken a fair bit of abuse and stayed completely waterproof up until the last month or so. In British climate a waterproof is an essential bit of kit, and the trespass one has been brilliant, comfortable, plenty of room to go over other clothing even a bulky leather jacket, quite breathable, lightweight and after 4 years of keeping out torrential rain many times the waterproof capability has definately stood up to the test. In my experience waterproofs only last so long anyway and consideraing this is a cheap light product it's really stood up to some abuse so quite impressive really. As to the other good points it packs away very small and light and is easy to just chuck in a backpack and carry about with you without taking up room or being a burden if your out and about and want to travel light. The hood works well and it has windproof ability and with layers will keep you fairly warm despite its very thin material. This is a bonus in summer as it's not too hot either. I will definately be buying another now mine has finally worn out.

After reading all the reviews about size i thought id order an xl instead of a large. Also because i am using this for hiking ontop of others clothes. + rather be covered a little extra when it comes to rain. Also, this was overseas delivery, so id rather be safe than sorry.Tho, the sizing is not far from my other jackets sizes. This Xl for me is not overly large, altho i usually use just large. I dont know how much size difference there is, but id not want the arms to be shorter(they are a little past my wrist, which is fine), or the hood to be smaller, so it seems like a good fit that i took one a size up.But my body may also fall between large and xl. Also, i dont have a large to compare with. The XL weighs 365~grams,(bag 20g ~). Which is about 200g lighter than my current one, just what I wanted, something ligther. However i am not sure if i could fit this in a jacket or pants pocket, maybe a big one. It is 3/4 the size of my other, more ordinary plain rain jacket. There are air vents on the back.

Ordered late Sunday evening - received Tuesday morning without using Amazon prime! I was a bit sceptical at buying this product due to reviews. As someone that has put on a bit of weight recently I had read the reviews recommending you go a size up. I tried to find a size guide everywhere I thought sod it, and bought the large. Arrived in a very small handy bag and was creased (what do you expect?). Tried it on and thought 'wow this is perfect but what if it's cold and I need a jumper under it?' Put a jumper on and is still a great fit. People that recommend going a size up are clearly kidding themselves as I have had no issue. The material does feel a bit plastic and cheap but if it keeps you dry I'm not complaining.I have not managed to field test it yet but I'm sure when I go the lakes in a week it will get plenty of use - it seems capable enough and doesn't seem the type of jacket to absorb water.

As the header states, too small. I read all the reviews and still took a chance. WRONG!"Large" should be just that. These are rain coats. They go over the top of other clothes that you need to keep from getting wet. It's a given that this is so, anyone has a right to expect that from a seller. Seller and or Amazon, please wise up and if it's not economically viable to correct the size labelling, then give us a banner warning. It's just not good enough because it's so hellishly simple to get this right. What's even worse is that some other ranges of coats from this manufacturer are all coming up large. And I've compared them too- they are exactly the same coat with different colours and patterns. You get what you pay for and so for the outlay and despite all the foregoing, this is still a good quality item at this price point- if you can get the right size that is.Stack-em up and pile-em high eh?

This jacket arrived packed in a very attractive pouch. I like black/green combination of this jacket. End of sleeves are elasticated, so you might sweat in that area, but the other parts of your upper body should be fine, as they are good vents at the back. I would prefer to wear this jacket in spring and autumn, on a top of the long-sleeve shirt or light jumper/sweater, instead of summer, as some people suggested, but that's ME :-)Jacket has 2 front deep pockets, 2 inside deep pockets and hood is just about right. It is VERY light and ideal to pack for hiking, camping, cycling, walking, etc ... I had previously similar jackets, but I gave them away to charities after first time wearing them, due to sweating. I like this jacket and if I find any negative issue with it, I will post it at some point in the future :-)

This is a super jacket, especially for under £20. It's waterproof and a great colour (bright blue) for running, cycling and just being seen when it's dark outside (and especially if you live in the countryside with limited street lighting). My husband is normally a medium in clothes, but the small is fine for him. He's 5'11 and slim built. I bought this jacket for me, but it was far too big. I then ordered an XS and again it was too big. I'm usually a small size. I'm 5'3" and slim. I wanted the jacket for running, so I ordered the female fit of the same jacket. Started with an XS (as per reviews for a size 10 person) but it was too small. So I've gone for a female fit, in a size small. The female fit has a smaller hood, but that's fine for me, as I don't want the hood to impair my vision when running.

Purchased for a walking trip to Snowdon in Wales. Arrived the next day so I was delighted with that. I am a size 10 and ordered an XS and it fits perfect and is not snug or tight. (I also tried a S size in a sop and was swamped init so I think the sizes may be a bit on the generous side)Colour is lovely and brightens up a dark day.Took the said jacket on walking trip. The jacket claims that it is water proof and by did this trip put it too the test. It withstood hailstones, and rain that came in sideways! The weather was appalling!! My clothing underneath were a little damp but by no means wet or and to be fair it was raining for about 6 hours!!!I would recommend and if they jacket was to getdamaged for any reason I would purchase again as its so lightweight also.

I bought the navy version of this jacket and absolutely loved it. So I figured if O wanted to pack a couple of bulky layers for those intensely cold days I ordered a large version. Unfortunately, different companies seem to increase their size differently, sometimes they're just looser and broader at the shoulder, but this was significantly longer. I've returned it, and if I get a refund Ill be buying another medium one in a different colour. I highly recommend the brand.much, much better value than some of their higher profile competitors, despite being virtually identical in all other aspects. This for instance is far more water repellent than a competitors product I purchased about 2 years ago at more than twice the price. And they look great too!

Really Good quality Pac A Mac. Rolls up into a small pouch. Breathable vents in various places, good quality toggles and zips, really large deep internal pockets (bonus for securing valuables) and external zip pockets. Not used yet but purchased for festivals and camping holidays as a lightweight travel jacket. I ordered slightly larger as wanted to be able to fit a tee and hoodie under it for cooler weather and colder nights camping and its definitely big in fit size. Doesn't bother me as would rather it was a little larger for comfort. Can definitely rate these jackets as a quality item and not something you throw out after a couple of uses. Should wash and re-water proof well.

I was ready to hate this when it arrived. Very light and plasticky in appearance and extremely brightly coloured as in the photograph. Wrong! It is wonderfully windproof but, more importantly, the first showerproof jacket that I have been prepared to carry with me whenever I go out in both showery AND windy weather, while wearing lightweight, summer clothing. I have several of this type of thing, some too bulky, some just naff, but this one is a straightforward useful good length staple. It is not harsh or crunkly! (Know what I mean?)Not got sweaty in it yet, but walk by the sea! Always breezy!

If you're after a budget waterproof jacket/shell layer then you can't go wrong with this. I've worn it on 2 long hikes and its stood up to the elements... It's kept me dry and shielded me from the wind at the top of an 1800ft high hill... Definitely not bad for the price. I ordered a medium and its slightly big but it does leave enough room for a fleece and a base layer. One word of caution, I had to iron my jacket (on a very low heat setting) to get the creases out as it arrived packed inside the little bag provided. Can't see me using that again but once the creases were out it looked great.

Practical, lightweight and waterproof I've taken the jacket all over the place from hot climates such as Barcelona, to cold ones such as Scafell in the Lake District. Easy to pack into a rucksack and light as a feather, I find it handy to have with you if you suspect rain but don't want the hassle of lugging a coat around with you. It's surprisingly warm in high winds as very little gets through it and has kept me bone dry in torrential rain. Both side pockets zip up and it also has 2 inside pockets to put your phone or wallet in. Great price and highly recommended.

I bought 2 of these jackets for a holiday to Switzerland as the weather forecast was far from favourable. I wanted something that would fold up nice and small, was light weight and would ultimately keep me dry if the heavens opened. It ticked all the boxes. It is a great little jacket which comes in its own bag which was very easy to restore once it had dried out. I tested it fully and although the rain was teeming down I remained nice and dry inside. My only regret was that I didn't buy a smaller size as they are quite a generous fit but it's not a deal breaker.
