I looked for a light weight low trekking shoes to use in the hot summer days and indeed, I fund them! The Litewave Fastpack Ii GTX are very good shoes, from the first moment comfortable and are defiantly waterproof. I tested them on an hiking trail we often walk (5 km up the mountain and 6 km down, partly wet and muddy) in order to compare them to other shoes I have. My summary is below:Pros: Very light weight / waterproof - tested by myself / fits perfectly, comfortable even when brand new and first use / no sweating - we had about 30 celsius on that day but the Gore-Tex does what it supposed to do / sole holds very good on different kinds of grounds and I was very impressed with its ability to hold very good on wet soil going down the mountain.Cons: Didn't find yet,

Very light. Great for day to day and hiking. Show is not designed for hardcore hiking, hence the price and weight. Show is goretex and keeps rain out. I have wide feet and these fit great. If you're looking for something that you can wear without looking like you're off to the Himalaya and is functional, these are great shoes. If you need hardcore boots for mountains, then you need to spend more and get some ankle high boots

Bought these in Jan 2020, worn them quite a lot but not in challenging conditions, they are a very comfortable shoe & used mainly to walk to work & leisure on firm flat terrain. As you can see from the photos they have developed a hole in the upper of right shoe where the white lining is showing through. This surely should not happen in a quality walking shoe?

I bought these shoes for a hiking trip and wore them everyday , all day for a week. Very comfortable to walk in for long periods of time. The price on trekkin was like 30-40% less than that in the local store . The delivery was late by a day despite choosing the faster delivery option! Still I got the shoes in time for my trip , so not grumpy about that!!

I liked the fit and the colour and the rugged non slip sole with very good gripping. The colour also was very appealing.I have not tested them extensively yet but I am very impressed and highly recommend them. They are not my first North Face shoes but they meet my expectations and I will reiterate my earlier response by highly recommending them.

It’s early days but loving these walking shoes , the only slight negative is they are slightly on the narrow side and I haven’t got particularly wide feet but still comfortable , very light weight , look great and so far waterproof , I would buy again !

Brought for my son as he's in Scotland for a couple of weeks. He says they are great for all the walking he has done and are comfortable and no blisters or rubbing have keep his feet dry no complaints form him

Only tested on a few muddy canal puddles so far, but have held up with the mud and the rain perfectly. Great 'stealth' shoes if you need something that will pass from a distance but is actually waterproof

To replace the same ones, that after a "porron" of kilometers have been left without a sole. The rest of the shoe is like the first day.

Very light but sturdy shoe, very comfortable. I was a fan of Merrell trainers but the quality has dropped , now a fan of North Face

The order arrived quickly and in good condition. The sneakers are of good quality, comfortable and waterproof, great for winter.

I found them tight across the toe. Shame, I really liked them. I don't think going up a size wouldn't have helped.

Very comfortable to wear and keep your feet reasonably warm . Not completely waterproof but good value for money.

Nice shoes, grippy in the snow. Not recommended for wide feet though. They do rub a bit on the bridge of my feet
