Another excellent kit!Detail is superb and all the parts fit as they should.If your a modeller or a novice this kit will give you massive pleasure.For the price you can't go wrong.Make sure you remove the chrome coating where you need to glue together as the coating will stop the glue from working.For a modeller that usually builds 1/16 kits of mainly tanks and large ships this kit was a welcome distraction and a pleasure to build.Tamia quality comes through again.

The Tamiya Yamaha Virago XV1000 is a very fun bike to build its not as difficult to build like some of the more expensive ones so would recommend buying the cheaper Tamiya bikes like this one before moving on to more expensive models. It comes with loads of chrome parts which can be turned to gold using a clear yellow Tamiya paint. Its very cool building the engine and attaching the chrome parts. Would recommend to new and experience bike model builders.

An excellent 1:12 scale motorcycle kit. It's got lots of parts, very easy to follow instructions, rubber tyres and a set of decals. A careful paint job is needed to finish it off. Suitable for plastic cement, but some components may require superglue. Paints and glue sold seperately.

Not built yet but impressed with it, just got all the paint so i can do that before building, im hoping the cost of the paint is worth it, but im 100% certain it will. Will definitely be buying more, in fact 5 more models have been ordered. Hopefully keep me busy for ages.

A beautifully moulded kit with superb finish and fit and still a challenge. Tamiya's reputation for quality is well deserved and despite the diminutive size of the finished model, the detail is incredible. It is so good, I have since bought another model at the same scale.

Opened the box to find theusual Tamiya quality ,they could ,make a model of anything and make it interesting Top quality every time they amongst or are the best ,joined the pile of models which one day I will buildThank you Billy holden

Excellent as are all Tamiya motorcycle kits although this at the lower end of the price range so not as detailed as the more expensive ones. Only gripe is this picture isn't of the actual model but I knew what I was buying.

Brilliant! Bought this as a present for my dad, he's gonna love it. Useful thing to know though if you're a n00b to model kits like me: you'll need to buy the paints, glue, tools etc separately lol ?

It was a delight and challenge to erect and construct the Motor cycle but with the special production by "Tamiya"I was impressed and will purchase many more produced by that company. Ronald Papps

I bought this model for my husband for his birthday, it has kept him quiet and out of my hair. I would most definitely not give this as a gift to my children, very small accurate pieces.

Very good very detailed model once built you can't tell in photo that it's not a real bike A+ both photos are the made up models with very customising
