Like some other kettles advertised as being 2 litres, 1.8 litres of water fills this one. Be careful when pouring water to keep the button pushed in as if the flap closes, water slops all over the place. The handle is not very far from the kettle itself so people with larger hands should be careful not to touch the hot metal. It is okay otherwise... is not too large for our camping stove and whistles when water is boiling. The price is good for this standard kettle.

I am now very fond of my kettle, as on a few occasions now, it has boiled the water for my morning cup of coffee. It's been to music festivals and has done general camping. It's already battered to buggery though because people kept borrowing it to boil water for their morning cuppas! I think my kettle was more popular than Fleet Foxes at the End of the Road Festival this year. Ka ka.

Great product to take camping etc. Holds almost 2 litres, takes a few minutes to boil, whistles when done, easy to fill and pour and will make cups of tea all day. As stated in other reviews, the handle is not very far from the kettle so you could end up touching the hot metal when picking it up if you're not careful. Good price for a durable kettle that's easy to use.

This is an excellent bit of kit. I use it for having a brew wherever I want, I keep it in the back of the van and use it with a small butane cooker and have a brew whenever and wherever I want, really useful.
