I purchased this for someone who wants her USB drive to look smart and carry a good brand! Although I would choose a better priced and less well known brand for myself, I have to agree about the quality finish of the Sony and also agree that it looks much more presentable than others.In terms of capacity, speed and reliability, I haven't tested it in detail because it isn't mine. I would say that it is faster than my own Kingston USB drives, although they are a little older, and so far there have been no reports of reliability problems. PC and laptop detect and eject it without any complaints, otherwise I would have been shouted at by now!!

I'm always losing these things and I took advantage of a lightning deal to buy this.It's pretty fast, picked up right away and recognised as a branded USB stick. Only issue I had was I wanted to use it as a installation device for Windows 10. The latest version of Microsoft's installer (to create bootable USB installation media) refused to acknowledge that the USB stick even existed. This issue is not limited to this particular Sony stick, and seems to be more of a Microsoft issue than anything else. Rolling back to an older version of the Microsoft installer fixed the problem.

The Sony USB is the best USB I have used. It works with every computer and laptop no matter whether its Windows or Mac. I has never had a virus on it. Neither has it got viruses or completely wiped all data off after unplugging it without ejecting it first which seems to happen alot with SanDisk ones. The colour makes it easy to find and although it made out of plastic it's very durable. It hasn't cracked in the caseing or the cover for the USB which is really good as all previous USBs I have used cracked after a while. Overall this product is very good and reliable.

I bought this flash drive as a backup for all of my pictures and videos. I love the pink color and that it is small enough to toss in my backpack or purse when traveling. The lid comes off and fits on the opposite end, that way it won't be lost. So far, I like the flash drive, but I do think it is a little slow. I transferred about 300 pictures from my laptop to the flash drive and it took a lot longer than it should have for a 3.1 USB. I think the speed is comparable to a 2.0 USB. Other than that, it's a decent flash drive with good storage for the price.

This was just what I was after, I was using an OTG lead and regular USB stick, which I still do where I need to transfer files that are on a standard size USB stick. This stick is the way forward for using with my Nexus 5 phone, in conjunction with Nexus Media Importer from the Google store, suitable for any Android phone.As with any product I can, especially tech gear, I brought it direct from Amazon themselves, not via one of their merchants, to guarantee genuine product.

It's a 16gb memory stick, with a slide out USB connection. Two small issues. Firstly, it feels cheaply made. It is plastic of course, but it 'feels' like it will fall apart at any moment (it hasn't). Secondly, the small cut out where you can loop it onto (for example) a key-ring is actually too small to take into account the curvature of the key-ring. it needs an extra few millimetres to fit onto mine, but is easily portable in the pocket regardless.

Its a memory stick, and its a good one. There's not a lot to say, its what you expect it to be. I have had this stick for a couple of months now and its performed admirably.The only gripe I could make is that the cap on the end easily gets lost. It can click to the other end of the stick so not always an issue. I wonder if it would be practical for Sony to attach the cap to the stick using a small length of lightweight cord...

Good price and quick delivery. Used as a drive to install Windows. Good design but like so many, almost all, USB 3.0 has poor write speed that is much of an improvement over 2.0. However this is better in that it almost hit 30 MBps for short periods compared to 80MBps read. Don't have a 3.1 connection to check spees.

I had problems viewing recordings downloaded to a memory stick on my Sony Bravia TV. Just couldn't get it to work.Did some research and found that others had the same problem and solved it by using a Sony memory stick.Purchased this and it worked first time seamlessly.Would recommend.

I produce engineering drawings on my Dell Precision Tower computer. The Sony USB 16GB memory stick provides a convenient method of transporting these to my various clients. This device is much more sturdy than the previous Sony USB memory sticks and is therefore ideal for this purpose.

Excellent little storage device. It is very small. easily half the size of a normal usb stick. One end is normal size usb, other side just twist cap and you have micro usb that fits your phone or tablet. Will be buying another when this one runs out of space. It is built very well too.

Great Sony USB microvault 32GB, is so easy to transfer data using Sony's File Commander app, from your smartphone, Tabletor computer, it's a breeze. Slip it into your pocket or bag and take it with you, without no fuss. Brilliant. A great Sony product.

Great design, very fast, well built, nice colours, the cap fits on either end very securely and you can actually connect multiple sticks together (not electronically). Using as a boot drive for Windows 7 Professional.
