Works just as well as the version you hire. Did a great job cleaning a neglected carpet, bringing it up as good as new.The handle seems a bit flimsy but, although it flexes, I don't think it will give way.Very straightforward to operate. Good suction, leaves the carpet almost dry.

Very good carpet cleaner. Still very expensive though.Not very practical if you want to clean a furnished room as it cannot get in small spaces. Very useful when having a little baby throwing all sorts on your carpets and sofas.

Excellent cleaning removed stubborn stains. Carpets are clean and fresh. Hand tool is great for smaller areas ie under radiators etc. Machine is very easy to use. Same performance as the hire ones just a little smaller

WE HAVE HIRED THE RED RUG DOCTOR FOR YEARS SO WHEN ABLE TO PURCHASE THE BLUE ONE DID NOT EXPECT THE SAME QUALITY BUT IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME.

It’s unbelievable I was stunned when I saw the amount of dirt that came out of it and the finish was excellent
