This grip is very comfortable. I've had long play sessions with games like BOTW, Mario Kart and Celeste with no problems in terms of fatigue. The grip is easy to install and I'm comfortable in saying it will provide long term use in my Switch's life cycle.HOWEVER, the product is not as snug fit as I expected it to be. When putting it on, it clamps well enough, but it does creak every now and then on even the slightest of movements. The right side of my grip fully comes off the Switch if I torque it hard enough (I wanted to see the durability, I'd advise against doing this regularly) If you don't mind slight creaks when playing this grip is a fine addition to the Switch for a cool $20.

It's a pretty decent grip. Second to best I tried. The good side is it's comfortable, you can detach the joy-con with still using the grip as a stand and it's super easy to install and remove the switch from the grip. I don't see any wear and tear from removing the switch from the grip.The only drawback is it's not holding the joycon thigh enough for my taste. Each time you press a button, you can feel the joycon moving a bit in the grip.The best one is almost twice the cost (shipping, USD conversion, custom fee). For a casual game and kids it's perfect. You need a grip like this because the Switch is simply not ergonomic to use.

The product is average - but provides a decent grip making gameplay much easier for longer duration -PLEASE NOTE - You need to plan where you will be storing your device as my existing pouch did not support this grip - so i personally ran into a hassle of removing the switch every time from the grip at time of storing the same. I would highly recommend to go with the higher priced version wherein the carry case is a part and the grip is within the carry case - doing so will elongate the life of the product and you dont have to run into the hassle of removing the grip for storage

If you are deciding between this grip or the one with the game cartridge slots this one reviewed better online so I got this one. Its very solid the joycons have slite movement but nothing major its much better than using the switch with nothing or even jel covers. The SATISFYE Pro Gaming Grip was reviewed the best but isn't available in the UK at the moment. I would still recommend this grip.If you found this review helpful please press the button below.

Bought for my boyfriend's birthday present. He loves it. It clips on easily and makes it easier for him to grip. Although it doesn't fit in his case, its sturdy in his backpack and hasn't broken. He didn't want full protection so that doesn't matter - it was more the grips I bought it for.He loves that you can access all the buttons and remove the controllers without having to take it off - great value for money!

Awesome product. Can’t use the original portable mode without this. If you’re like me and find the original controllers uncomfortable, you’ll like this.
