I was so excited to receive this after I ordered it. I have cats and have gone through so many cheap hoovers that I finally decided to fork out for a decent one. And it has not disappointed. Doing my stairs used to be an hours work, but henry done it in 5 mins with the Airobrush attachment. He may be a little bulky to do the stairs for an elderly person however. Was just as good on my laminate flooring and tiles too. Absolutely love him and would recommend to anyone.

Just love it!!! Have carpets everywhere so hair and tiny fur peceases are very where. Before use pick up with a had hair or something stuck on the carpet as hoover wasn't strong enough to take it. But this vacuum cleaner picks it all up you can see from the first use. Light weight, powerful and flexible head to move around furniture.

Good vacum but too noisy. Will be good in the future to add replacement bags because i bought a type which was not good and I can't refund them.Is better for room, on the stairs need to be attention because the vacum is bigger than expected.The power is good.

Such an improvement, loved the old Henry which we had for years. It died, this one is lighter cleans amazingly well, lets face it just now we are all cleaning more. Definitely would recommend it.Came a week earlier than the estimated date.

This vacuum cleaner was bought to replace an expensive but insubstantial one, with plastic parts which break too easily.I’m pleased to say that my new one appears to be much more efficient & robust.

I absolutely love it. It picks up dog hair and is such a good vacuum. I've broken 2 vax ones and remembered my mums old henry lasting years. So pleased. Came with 2 bags and all accessories

I am so happy with my new Hoover! It is extremely powerful and easy to use. It’s not as heavy as old Henry. Really satisfied with my purchase.

It was purchased for carpet cleaning and fur removal, plus large waste container, it certainly lives up to its reputation. Excellent product.

This is my 2nd Henry. I bought a Vax upright last year but wish I had just gone for the Henry. Great suction, reliable, love the turbo .

Great little hoover suction good can be a bit awkward when cleaning the stairs as the hose reach isn’t that great but overall very happy

Powerful vacuum and gets the wifey's hair which other models failed to do.Haven't got carpeted stairs so doesn't get used on them.

Fantastic vacuum cleaner. There is good reason why these are used domestically and industrially. Can’t recommend highly enough.
