My feet are a little wider than normal feet {can not wear strappy high heels, but my feet are a little too wide (for comparison)}. So I ordered the shoe in size 38 and 39. At size 38, the foot is at the front in the shoe. At size 39 for a little looser. At size 39 I got blisters under my ankles after the first longer wear. I could not wear size 38 for longer walks. But he feels good on the foot, if you like the shoe well. After 11/2 hours of walking in the woods, I had a slight mark on the front but no pain. At Gösse 38 I can say that the shoe is really good. Only 4 stars, as there are no intermediate sizes.

I've finally come to the conclusion that 11s fit me best. After reading reviews I sized down to a 10. They are perfect. I have HMJ and need custom orthotics. As a sandle addict this broke my heart. So I have been on a quest for a sandle with support. This is the 1st pair out of 3 that I actually loved. 1st was a pair of Rockports= to narrow, 2nd was a pair of Vionic (supposed to be the Best)= heavy and clunky! 3rd time is a charm. I have wore these all day as a trial run for wearing them to work. I work outside and want something cool and comfortable. These just may be the answer!

Love the blue dove color--dusty turquoise-gray, very neutral. Straps at the ankle for increased support. Cross-over strap is really loose and doesn't provide anything but style. Should still work for people with high instep/arch. Runs long. My current Merrells are worn out, but I loved the M-fresh insole. Most current styles don't list this feature on their descriptions. The ONLY sandal I've ever worn that didn't stink after wearing. The treatment lasted about 2 years.

The sandals perfectly match the seller's description and photos. They are very beautiful and comfortable. I usually wear 39/40 (EU) and I bought the 39, in terms of size it perfectly fits, but the upper part hurts me a bit, maybe because my foot is too large. I hope that with the time they can enlarge a bit.

My wife loves these sandals, they are comfortable enough that she wears them all the time. I bought them for her to wear on the boat but she wears them all summer long. This is the second pair I’ve bought for her In two years because she wore the others so much they completely wore out.

Excellent sandals of very high quality. They look great on the feet, they are comfortable, do not irritate the skin. Have good support. Unfortunately it seems like they run a bit larger in my case, I had to send them back and I don’t know what size to order to fit me accurately.

These are lovely, fit very well and are very comfortable. I love the color. If anything, they are maybe a tiny big wider than expected but the straps can be adjusted so I don't think that is a problem I have not worn them on long walk yet though.

I have been a fan of Birkenstocks for years, but earlier after trying the Merrell black sandal and found them very comfortable even when walking several miles. I ordered the Larkspur sandal. I have foot issues but these are very supportive.

This is my second pair of the Merrell sandle. Fits like they were made for my feet! Walked through Walt Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Epcot without my feet hurting! Totally love these sandles! Tried a different color and loved it!

I bought these sandals for walking and I am NOT disappointed. It took a couple days to break them in but now they are very comfortable walking sandals. Love the gray color with just a hint of blue. I highly recommend these sandals.

I bought them to do a lot of walking on vacation and I think they’ll be fine for that. They aren’t as cute in person as they are in the picture. They kind of look like orthopedic or hiking sandals. But they will get me around.

Love these walking Sandals.I walk at least 2 to 3 times a day (I have a high energy standard poodle) so I need a sturdy comfortable sandal that I can walk very quickly in.This is my second pair...... of many more to come!

I love these sandals, this is the second pair I have purchased. Nice and comfy on the arch and a great summer shoe to wear with shorts or working out in the yard. Love Merrell and these sandals!

Had difficulty with size because I usually wear a 61/2 but ordered 7 which was way too large. I returned sandals and reordered size 6 without a problem. I am now awaiting delivery of new order.

You will need one size smaller than your normal size. I have many different colors of this sandal because they are the most comfortable, durable, and great looking sandal I have ever worn!
