As my first pair of Meindl boots these things are simply a cut above all I've had before. Recently converted from Merrel and Bergs and can honestly say these really are:ComfortableSnug but not tightPractically indestructible and value for money.I scramble grade 3 mostly around Snowdonia in all weathers. Since owning them in Jan I've seen snow torrential rain and blistering sun. Feet remain perfectly dry and comfortable.Frankly I'll never buy another brand unless I'm paid to!

Have used Meindl boots since 1980. First pair lasted 20 years. I have 7 pairs some of which have been resoled more than once. Service from the German supply company was great.
