This is a perfect jacket for the weather we here in Oregon call "incessant rain." The seams are a work of genius and this jacket is completely waterproof. My husband wore it to work and had to stand outside in two hours of weather and was bone dry when he took it off. Even with the front zipper and underarm vent zippers, there was no seepage.It has two slash pockets and a small inside pocket. The hood is large enough to place over a hat or even a helmet. The backside dips a little to protect your seat. The cuffs, hood and hem are all adjustable with either velcro or drawstring. It is a lightweight shell that will need layering in the cold. And it can be easily rolled up and stuffed into a backpack.

I live in the PacNW where you must have layers available and a key one here is a rain shell. Having gone through a few I knew that the main attributes you're looking for is light weight, the ability to breath and a decent fit so it's not awkward to wear when doing activities. This nails all three.It's completely waterproof and will keep you dry even in a downpour.It's very light and packable, fits in my camelbak no problem.It does breathe fairly well and has underarm zippers to vent if your walking/hiking.Marmot is known for well made outdoor gear and this fits the bill!

This jacket is perfect for Southeast Texas. Completely waterproof... even in monsoon-like rains, yet breathes enough to stop the clammy feel of most waterproof jackets. The weight is extremely light and the dimensions allow freedom of movement in every direction. I can't say enough about how useful this jacket is. Large handwarmer style pockets, adjustable cuffs, large hood and again, the light weight, make this the perfect warm weather waterproof jacket. I highly recommend!!All the best,Jay

Paid only £67.50 (after paypoint co-op cashback) for this coat and used it on day one walking 5 miles in torrential rain along a canal towpath and kept me 100% dry, no leaks at all.The hood is fully adjustable to fit your head and the front pockets are very large. Only thing I don't like is the small velcro cuffs which can come undone quite easily.

Wasn’t sure at first has the pockets are quite high but it’s grown on me nice fit plenty of room very smart looking jacket and waterproof treat yourself.

Great coat. I needed a waterproof layer but get hot very quickly so it needed to be breathable. This coat fits the bill perfectly
