When I brought this jacket, I didn't knew much about Marmot. However, I was intrigued by other users reviews and the fact that I could pick it up for a great price.And I were not disappointed.This is a really good jacket that will keep you dry under the most extreme conditions. At first I was rather skeptical because the fabric is very thin and light. It almost feels like you can easily rip it apart with your bare hands. However, the fabric is perfectly suitable for hiking/backpacking which at times can get a bit rough.Only drawbacks is the pocket layout and the shape around the arms/shoulders. The jacket feels a bit narrow around the shoulders and upper-arms and I wish the jacket have had large pocket on the chest with openings from the armpit that would also double as ventilation.

Not as easy as stated but still lighter than comparable jackets with 2.5 layers and easy to stow. Holds better against wind and water than any of my previous jackets of similar kind and is actually still comparatively breathable. Hood is easy to handle, pockets are in the right places and spacious. Color "denim" is an eye-catcher but not too noticeable for my taste (especially in the background a black shading dampens the color intensity of the chosen color a bit - you can see that quite well in the zoom). I am 193 cm tall, weigh 87 kg, XL fits perfectly and there is still enough space for a 200 fleece. However, getting used to is the "reversed" to use zipper. All in all: for a maximum of n Hunni solid goods!

Well, it's a very basic raincoat; it keeps the rain and wind off very well, and it's durable and looks decent. It's not breathable at all, though (which I knew when I bought it), so if you're going to exert yourself in somewhat warm weather, you're basically left with the classic choice: get wet from the the outside, or get wet from the inside. For winter activities, it works quite well in combination with a fleece or fiberfill interior layer. I use this raincoat for bicycle commuting in the Pacific Northwest, and it does what I need it to do. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a breast pocket, which annoys me more than it probably should.

I bought this on Prime Day because I needed a new raincoat. I haven’t had an opportunity to wear this outside yet, because it hasn’t rained. But it fits & seems to protect from errant sprays within the house. A+!

Good product meets the expectation of being well watertight. With 3 layer system also great to wear in the winter. Also great. Value for money ok because it was an offer. Delivered quickly

Beautiful simple jacket that you like "in the fall" in the forest and the city has. Size S at 178 and 66kg is perfect not too tight not too far.

Excellent seat in size M. Already in use in constant rain. Absolutely tight, comfortable and even socially acceptable.

I guess is there was one issue it's that my pants still get wet in the rain, but I can't blame the jacket for that!

Lightweight, comfortable and waterproof jacket. But it isn`t for hot summer. Like and recommend it.

This is a nice rain jacket. It does run a bit small. Other than that, definitely worth the price.
