I have been looking for a decent duster to get rid of cobwebs in those hard to reach areas. Most of the cheaper dusters are so flimsy that they are pretty useless for anything more than a few feet away. All that changes with this big boy. As soon as you open the box, you know this is a well designed product intended for serious work. The head supplied is quite big and intended for things like cobwebs on walls and at that job, it excels. If you want you can also easily remove the head to use it as a hand held cobweb cleaner. It is curved so that it can get into all those difficult corners and edges. The mechanism also allows for the angle of the head to be easily adjusted which is very useful on edges between say, walls and ceilings. However, if you have a lighter dusting task such as actual dust rather than cobwebs or want to clean windows, there are different heads available. Just search for 'Leifheit' on Amazon and you will find various options including window cleaning heads and tile cleaning heads. I bought the Duster XL head (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003AM89NK/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) without a second thought. The device itself is quite heavy compared to other dusters and is probably a two handed job when at its full extension. It is quite difficult to weigh something this long but I got a reading of about 800g using my kitchen scales. This would be my only criticism although I don't think it is serious enough to lose a 5 star rating. If you have ever noticed some cobwebs really high up in your house but don't know how to get to them, this will solve your problem.

This really is a great dusting brush from Leiftheit, it can be used on its own although it also goes with the telescopic handle also provided by Leiftheit. We have a 200 year old house that is full of nooks and crannies, as well as the original sash windows all of which gets very dusty and is also very difficult to clean. Since receiving this dusty brush to review, I have been having a whale of a time cleaning all of the woodwork on my sash windows its marvellous for removing dirt from corners and along the crevasses prevalent in these type of Windows. The bristles of this brush are quite hard so it's important to be careful when using it that you don't damage any wallpaper or any other delicatesurfaces.I also have the telescopic handle which this product fits into easily with just a click of a button, once this is attached the brush does a fantastic job of getting all the corners of our high ceilings cobweb free ... to be honest I don't know how manage without it. I have also been putting this brush to good use in dusting my skirting boards around the rooms of the house and up and down the stairs, again it does a very good job of removing some quite thick dust. After use I have been swishing the brush around a bowl of hot soapy water and then leaving it out to air dry after which it looks as good as new.

This Leifheit Brush For Walls and Ceilings etc. is well made. You can either use this brush as it comes out of the pack or purchase one of the Leifheit Telescopic Handles that slot into this brush - if you go down this latter route the pole will also fit a number of other cleaning tools in the range. Without the pole handle provided you can reach the area you're dusting the brush handle is okay but not particularly comfortable for longer use.I've just used this brush to clean my conservatory and its done a really good job of removing dust and cobwebs etc - the hook shaped brush is ideal for all the nooks and crannies - it's a clever piece of design. The brush fibres are quite long though and the pile is thick which although ideal for glass and uPVC the bristles could be slightly stiff for very fine wallpaper/paintwork if used repeatedly and too vigorously.Overall this is a handy brush and I think some users will want to buy a shortish Leifheit Extension Pole but the bonus is it will fit other cleaning tools in the range too.

This is a decent hand dust broom but is designed as an accessory that fits onto the click system pole in the same range. This means that the handle is hollow with a little hole at the end meaning your grip is a bit compromised as you hold it if using without the pole.Other accessories available for the pole are outlined on the packaging. As well as this “Dusty” you can get the Window Vacuum, the Dusty XL, the Powerslide, the 3 in 1, the Flexipad, the 3 in 1 mini and more not on the packaging. In terms of quality this is decent and it works well so far. The shape of the broom is useful for corners as you don’t get the solid parts of the “Dusty” hitting the wall/ceiling and you are more likely to not miss any bits in the corners. Also the brush once dirty can be washed under the tap. But the picture on the packaging showing it slipping around a curtain rail depends on the gap you have between that and the ceiling.

Leifheit produce a number of quality household products which I have used over the years and this Hand Brush Dusty for Walls Ceilingsis the latest which I have tested. It's robustness and effectiveness is in no doubt whatsoever. The bristles are firm and are excellent at doing all manner of cleaningjobs around the home. The angular shape of the brush makes it perfect to reach for those awkward places. However, to get those out of the way places for example corners of ceilings you need the telescopic handle, which incidentally youcan purchase on Amazon. So all in all, a quality brush suitable for cleaning. The size makes it a hand device but with the telescopic handle you can get to thosehard to reach spots.

This is a really good brush but is of little use without the telescopic handle that ends to be bought separately to use this brush to its best advantage. No have two other household cleaning tools from this make and the pole fits all three so in itself is a good piece of kit. This is a great idea for, cleaning out of reach places and with the pole makes light work of cobwebs in far flung places. I also did all the tops of my pictures and curtain poles. The bristles are firm and really get to grips with all the dust that accumulates over time. Easy to clean just rinse in Luke warm water dry and you are ready to dust bust again. Happy to recommend.

As with the other pieces in the Leifheit Easy-Click system, this Hand Brush for Dusty Walls, Ceilings and Cobwebs delivers what it promises and for a reasonable price to boot. For under £7, when attached to its telescopic pole, this little gem is able to clean ceiling cornices and those on tall bookshelves and kitchen wall units with ease. Its ingenious design enables it to get into corners to remove cobwebs and dust and because it is lightweight, allows those of us with weak wrists to use it without any problems.I have other pieces in the Easy Click system and I wonder how on earth I ever managed without them.A well-deserved 5 stars!

A nicely angled brush for cleaning the corner and ceiling angles both inside and outside the house...The brush bristles are made from a reasonably soft plastic which can be washed after use...We found it ideal for brushing over and behind curtain rails. The Leifheit range of cleaning implements seems to be the latest "Up and coming" brand ..this is the second of three that I have had to test and review and so far so good....So good In fact that I have had to order the extending rod that fits all the different implements!

We have a stairwell that reaches the full height of the house. Consequently spiders had set up in the furthest corner where they were impossible to reach. Or so they thought! I got this and telescopic pole to go with it. Sturdy, no wobbling. Best piece of kit I've EVER bought. Seriously wish I had heard of this brand years ago when I was setting up home. I wouldn't have wasted money on anything else. If you are buying something as a housewarming gift, these are the best by miles.

This Leifheit range is compatible with extension poles of varying lengths, so no matter how high your ceilings, you will be able find the right combination to keep things dust-free. This particular brush head is ideal for dusting coving and for reaching over curtain poles to dust those awkward high-up places. The brush is robust and there is no shedding of bristles. You can switch the head out from the compatible pole for a different head, making this an efficient product.

I already had the telescopic handle/pole that fits into this brush head so was ready to go at those pesky cobwebs when it arrived. Other Leifheit cleaning items seem to fit the universal socket - the window cleaner brush/wiper does anyway. What I like about this is the firmness of the bristles, no mucking about, the dust and webs come away first pass. The angled shape is perfect for reaching into high corners and it is easy to rinse off afterwards, in cold water.

I bought the pole to go with this for another item that uses the click handle system recently and am delighted I've got this now. Click the handle on and swish this round the ceilings and cobwebs (yes, I'm not a domestic goddess) are a thing of the past. No more fixing the tools on the vacuum cleaner together to do the job. It's round with this, wipe the surfaces and vacuum the carpets. Simples. The curve of this brush fits the ceiling curve perfectly. It's great.

I don't have the handle, but am tempted to buy one, as this gadget is great for reaching dust and cobwebs in those hard-to-reach corners.Quality brand. The plastic is sturdy. The bristles are of plastic and quite tiff, so not for shelves with fragile ornaments. If you do buy the handle, then it is adaptable to various other heads, such as 'vacuum window', 'duster', 'power glide' (window cleaning) and 'flexipad' (floor sponge) so a great idea.

Great tool in our high ceilinged home. Sturdy, versatile and very effective removing cobwebs and dusting lights. The bristles are stiff but not enough to cause damage and the well designed handle is telescopic and manageable to reach awkward corners. Only negative is that for someone elderly or not so strong in the arm, the fully extended handle may be difficult to hold and control.

This is a versatile tool, particularly valued by us for the conservatory – removing spiders’ webs from the wall/roof angle and also the apex. That’s using the telescopic handle, of course. It’s also perfect for the loft and around the patio. I guess we’ll even get round to exercising it in the garage.I only wish they offered a soft version to go with this. We’d certainly buy it.
