I've wanted for a long time to get myself an alternative floor cleaning product than using the usual method of a mop and bucket. A mop and bucket can be time-consuming, especially if you are on the go quite a lot. I saw this Vorfreude Spray Mop and thought that I would give it a go.This Vorfreude Spray Mop stands at roughly 51 inches (129.5cm) tall and has a cleaning surface of roughly 16 inches (41cm) long by 6 inches (15cm) wide and comes supplied in a very detailed box. An instruction manual isn't provided with the mop as all instructions, including assembly, are printed on the box. The mop is mostly purple and silver in colour.Whats in the box:Mop handle (Part A)Mop Shaft (Part B)Spray andWater Bottle Fixture (Part C)Water Bottle Tank 700ml (Part D)Mop Head (Part E)1x Microfibre PadAssembly is self-explanatory, without the instructions on the box. You simply slot Part A into Part B. Attach that to Part C and the slot Part E onto that. Fit the microfibre pad onto the bottom of Part E and then fill up the tank (Part D) and then slot that into Part C. I got most of this fitted together in a few seconds, but I had a difficult time fitting the mop head onto the mop; the fixture doesn't quite seem big enough to fit. After a short while, Mr J fitted it together. Just be aware that this part of the assembly may be difficult.When I first used the mop I was a little disappointed that you couldn't shorten the handle. Only because it is literally 10 inches shorter than I am and I thought it may feel awkward. Luckily, this wasn't the case. It felt quite comfortable to use. It is very easy to use, press the trigger on the handle firmly to release the spray and scrub away.The mop is listed as being safe to use on all floor types, including hardwood, wood, tile, laminate and carpet. I know, right? I didn't expect to read that this could be used on a carpet. Vorfreude states that the spray mop can slide over your carpet to capture pet hair, dust mites, human hair and many more types of surface debris with the microfibre pad. This is something that I have tried once on a small section of my carpet. It seemed to pick up some debris but found it would only work when pushing forward.The 700ml capacity water tank must be fitted it into the compartment and pressed down correctly or it won't spray. You can use floor cleaners in the tank too, or just some essential oil. At the moment, I am still in debates with myself as to which of my essential oils to pick to test it out with. I think I am leaning towards lavender as I don't have a lemon-scented oil. Be aware not to use boiling water. This can warp the plastic water tank. Lukewarm water can be used to provide a warm steam clean. This will ensure the tank and nano sprayer doesn't receive any damage. Personally, I have only used cold water.Also, it doesn't have to be used wet! The microfibre pads allow the mop to be used as a dry duster too. The microfibre pad is machine washable and you can buy replacements too.I really like this mop. It is lightweight but sturdy and cuts my housework time down drastically without the hassle of a mop and bucket. It took me a few seconds to mop my kitchen floor with the mop and the floor isn't left wet when you mop which was a bonus too. My one problem was how difficult the one part of the mop is to assemble. I LOVE this spray mop! It’s definitely one of my best amazon buys. I initially got it to give the floor a quick clean in between ‘deep’ cleans but I actually use it all the time and my old mop is now redundant, this is brilliant! Loads of good points: it is very easy to use and does not make a big mess. There is no need for a bucket, just fill the water chamber up with water and detergent of your choice if you want to add that (I use a concentrated floor cleaner diluted, or a bit of distilled vinegar and detergent). Fix the microfibre scrubbing pad to the bottom of the mop and get fab results! There is a spray trigger on the handle which is extremely easy to use,

I got this as we have a number of vinyl floors and a dog so regularly mopping floors with a map and bucket.This arrived well packaged and in its own box (as product image). It was well packed and basic construction was to fit the two halves of the handle together, and then attach this to the spray bottle (top end). The flat floor head is then slotted onto the main mop (please note, and on my particular one, this is a very tight fit and I needed my husband to do it!). You also get 1 x microfibres cloth which attaches itself securely to the flat floor head.I initially struggled to detach the bottle from the spray section (the bottle itself is clear and quite bendy plastic).

The Vorfreude floor spray mop arrived on time and in good condition in a nice branded box that would make a great gift, the mop is great as you can go from hardwood floors to tile floors to laminate floors which is all my floors covered, you can use dry to dust and it does a fantastic job of collecting dust, hair and everything else on the floor, and the microfibre pad is fully washable and washes really well in the washing machine, and if yiu want to wet mop you just fill the 700ml tank with whatever you want to clean the floors with an djust the trigger to spray and use as a wet mop, i like to use water and lemon juice as it smells so fresh but if i have a really dirty fllor i use white vinegar and tea tree essentail oil or the lemon juice.

This item turned up really quick (next day) as I have Amazon prime witch is well worth the £79 I pay a year as you get next day delivery and all the Amazon prime tv.I have gratefully received this at a reduced price or in some circumstances free of charge and have decided to leave my honest and unbiased review. The opinions and comments in this review are my own, based on my own experience.I brought this as I have a tiled kitchen floor and tiles by my front door. I have used mops for ages now but I won't use a mop again! This cleans the floor just as well as a mop and it uses a lot less water then a mop.

James Quantrell Flooring have fitted Amtico Spacia and Karndean Van Gogh to a large area of our dwelling. We needed to maintain the appearance easily. Both manufacturers have their own wet cleaning products and do not recommend using alternatives, no surprise there! Amazon had a number of reviewed items for cleaning these floor types and the Vorfreude was their most popular seller. I love love this product.I 'm happy I gave it a shot. Previous to this product I used a mop and bucket. Wow! After years of wasting money on inferior mops, I am so pleased I tried this one. Mine was on half price offer at just under £25, and I did wonder whether to spend that much on 'a mop'. However the difference in using this mop to every other one I've used before is that I immediately felt the structure of it was superior quality and not 'wobbly'. It was easy to put together in less than 5mins, I filled the container with my usual floor cleaner & water. I did wonder whether I would need to refill this as I have a fairly large kitchen floor covered with lino, however this was not needed, and was more than adequate. I was surprised at the size of the head, so enabling me to clean the floor in no time at all,

I have a tiles kitchen and hallway and have been tasking my son to clean the floor a few time a week for the past year. He uses Dettol Floor wipes and always moans about it as he has to het down on his knees and scrub/rub. The floor wipes are not the cheapest but they work.That was then. Just bought this and set it up with my son this afternoon and it is a winner! I put it together in about no more than two minutes, simple and easy with no tools required. I wasn't sure when I bought it but the floor cleaning pad itself is Velcro'ed to the base so when it gets dirty you can just pull it off and throw it in the washing machine, perfect.I filled the tank with 50ml of Flash then the rest with water (probably too strong but so what),

I have been looking for a mop to keep my luxury vinyl tiling floor clean but not sopping wet - this little mop ticks all the boxes as it’s light weight and with its little spray bottle container delivers just enough solution to do the floor without getting it soaking wet - and a plus for me is I can manoeuvre it from my wheelchair should I have left track marks when coming in from out side .The mop heads are incredibly easy to clean just pop them in the washing machine. The only bit that defeated me was removing the empty container to put the cleaning solution in - but after lots of huffing & puffing I eventually got it off and putting it back on with solution was a lot easier (

Very easy to use. The mop comes in a box and you attach the top part to use it. It is easy to store and doesn't take up much space. It is great for that quick mop over your floor when you just want to give the floor a quick clean up or a really good clean. It really brings up a floor nice and clean without much effort. Keep using it regularly and you shouldn't really have dirty floors at all.It is lightweight but with enough weight to make sure it gives a bit of a push to it that keeps the cloth on the floor and cleaning up marks and slightly sticky spots. I like the fact that anyone can use it in the family, even teens!, as it is a cold spray there are no safety issues like you have with hot steam cleaners.

This is the best of best for floor mops! I am so glad I picked this one for our new house. I absolutely LOVE this Spray Mop for a few reasons. It allows me to fill the bottle up with my own personal and natural cleaning solution for my hardwood floors, it is EASY to use, and FAR faster than the traditional mop that I was using. After finding this mop and reading reviews I decided to give it a chance. I AM SO GLAD I DID! When it arrived I could use it immediately, I could fill it with my own solution very easily (literally pull the bottle off, fill it up, put it back in, and go) , AND the microfiber pad on the bottom is reusable (just stick it in the wash and voila!).

Looks well made, fast delivery,Not used yet will update in future, although have put it together. and hopefully it does a good job when l do use it, also found it doesn't leak although with a lifetime guarantee it shouldn't if it last a year l will be satisfied for the purchase price l paid!UPDATESince writing the above have used this product on my laminate flooring and bathroom tiles and found it very easy to use and does a good job, compared to using a conventional mop. Its only downfall for me is when using in my lounge which has laminate flooring the spray bottle holder stops the mop from reaching under furniture that would normally be accessible without a bottle attached (i.e. a V-l-da Flat mop)

Purchased this spray mop back in May 2019 and sadly it’s now in the recycling...... great product while it lasted but the trigger on the handle broke and now I can’t use it. You can use any type of micro fibre pads with it from various shops, just as long as they’re the right size, not just what it came with. I have Karndean floors through out my downstairs and the tank of water lasts the whole clean and more. Probably not the best for heavily dirty floors (you’d need a few goes at the area if was) but it does the job well enough with light sprays of water so no patches of water left anywhere, and it doesn’t streak. I put Karndean solution in with the water so it cleans the floor better than just with water.
