Initially I was very pleased with the ease of use of this window vac. Combined with the extension poles (sold separately) it makes cleaning high windows very much easier. You do need to use this appliance before the sun gets on your windows to avoid smears but any are easily removed using a soft micro fibre cloth after cleaning has been completed.Unfortunately after three uses over an eight month period, the unit has stopped working. It was cleaned and stored full charged after its last use in July 18 but on trying to use the vac today, the power light is flashing when turned on but the motor appears to be dead. I am going to try contacting Amazon for a replacement or repair as the unit is still under warranty.

This is an ideal tool for tackling condensation in the bathroom and other spaces with glass or ceramic surfaces.I was apprehensive buying it but changed my mind just after first use.The window Vac is fairly light and very easy to clean as it can be easily disassembled. You can reverse the cleaning blade or buy replacement that insures streak free cleaning, however the product is far from perfect with few rather important shortcoming:1- The 25 minutes runtime is more or less correct, but, there is no battery level indicator. The green led light starts flashing minutes before it dies out which is pointless and not practical. imagine the fuel gauge on your car give you few minutes warning to get fuel or else!2- The motor needs to be stronger - you can,

Oh my goodness this thing is awesome!It’s rare, I think, to purchase something that has such great reviews and promises to be brilliant and then is. This is that thing!I’ve used the vac for the first time today throughout my house, so 8 windows, two of which are 3 meters long. I also did four large mirrors and the glass in my front door. There was enough cleaning liquid in the 20ml sachet which comes with the pack and the reservoir in the vac was sufficient to hold all the liquid. The battery lasted too and didn’t make any noises to indicate it was dying!I was expecting the vac to suck up some of the water on the windows but expected streaks, smears and left over water. But nope,

This is a great bit of kit!! I have looked at this product from time to time and whilst I really wanted one, I really didn't want to fork out so much. But when it was recently reduced by Amazon, hell-fire, I just had to get it. I was not disappointed. There are many similar products out there but by spending a bit of money, you truly get a quality piece of equipment.It arrived well-packaged with clear, no-nonsense instructions and it worked straight out of the box. I thought it was going to be heavy and chunky, but far from it. The designers at Karcher really thought this through and it is remarkably light and easy to use.

For a few years I’ve been considering getting one of these, whilst asking questions like ‘I wonder if I could use it in the car?’, ‘would it clear condensation on the windscreen on cold mornings?’, ‘Will it clean the TV screens around the house?’. Eventually curiosity got the better of me and I bought one. The quick answer is No, it won’t do any of those things. It’s only good on vertical, flat glass. If you try to use the spray bottle cleaner at any angle other than upright or with too much vigour, cleaning fluid leaks all over the place. If you try to use the Vac on anything with a hint of a curve, it judders and streaks. It also has to be used upright because of the collection tank and of course,

I was a little sceptical after seeing some photos left in other reviews, however I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I smoke an e-cigarette, so this often leaves the a layer on windows and mirrors. Because of this I have to clean the windows more frequently than I should.It was easy to piece together and equally easy to take apart for cleaning. If you're careful and follow the instructions, you can achieve the streak-free windows as the product boasts.Tips:- Don't tilt the vac, keep it parallel.- Don't be shy to apply the detergent. I've not noticed any issues with extra liquid, it's what it's designed to do. When the window is dry is when streaks appear.All-in-all very impressed with this product,

As with any tool, this Window Vac requires a degree of technique but as the old saying goes, 'Practice makes perfect'. Having said that it undoubtedly does leave some streaks but I've found that to be the case no matter what implements I've used to clean windows and removing them by hand is a fairly quick and simple process. My only real gripe is what some reviewers have already pointed out and relates to the spray cleaner which leaks if used at any angle other than upright. This is inexcusable really especially from a company based in a country (Germany) famed for the quality of it's engineering. The problem is down to the absence of a rubber seal between the nozzle and the blade and also between the blade and the water bottle.

I've resisted buying one of these for a long time as I was sure it would be a gimmick. However, I've been pleasantly surprised. It's frankly, brilliant. We have a lot of glass in our house (10 patio-style doors on the ground floor) and it costs a fortune to have a window cleaner do them inside and out. With dogs and grandchildren, they frequently need doing. This thing is so quick and easy to use and does a very, very reasonable job of the glass (maybe not up to the standards of a professional window cleaner doing it by hand). Sucking up the water means you're not constantly wiping around the windows and having to wring out cloths. It's really fast and efficient to use. Even on a day with bright winter sunshine,

I had heard alot about this product and that combined with a surge of online advertising meant I was sufficiently influenced to try. My initial thoughts were product was very light and the spray container for fluid dispensing was poor quality and leaks on every use, however the actual karcher product is great. I use it every day in the shower and it not only saves time (as previously wiped down surfaces with a rubber window cleaner) it also leaves a streak free and dry surface. I have used on the house windows and it speeds up the process of window cleaning considerably. Can leave streaks visible in direct sunlight, so would recommend having a lint free cloth just to quickly rub over once used karcher,

I’ve seen these for years but never really saw the point. But at the same time, I never cleaned my windows - took way too long and not at all enjoyable.I bought the window vac on a sale, cheap enough to give it a try - I wish I had bought it sooner!Cleaning windows takes seconds - and the results are brilliant.It’s not perfect, yes you can sometimes see streaks if the sun hits the window at the wrong angle. However - I never cleaned the windows before - so it’s either dirty, or now very clean with some minor streaks, really not an issue at all.If you buy one, make sure it comes with the spray bottle - as this is as important when it comes to ease and speed of cleaning.You get a small sample of the window cleaning concentrate in the box,

Having looked at window vac products for a while, I had decided that the Karcher WV2 was the best one to go for. I have not been disappointed. My reasons for purchasing was to remove moisture from the bathroom walls after showering,, the WV2 has delivered perfectly on this. After using the walls and shower enclosure feel bone dry and the moisture smell has become a thing of the past. In addition to the vacuum the WV2 also came with a window cleaning head, having used this a couple of times now, I have noticed a massive improvement in the cleanliness of my windows. In regards to charging and battery life, I find it remains charged for a full week of 5mins daily use.

I should have bought this years ago. I always hated washing Windows because it took so long and I'm a bit lazy so i used to leave them for as long as i could but now they are done in no time at all with almost no mess and I quite enjoy it. I used washing up liquid and water in the spray bottle and it does a great job, so no need to buy any special cleaners. I charged it and off I went. There is the odd drip if you hold upside down so just don't hold it upside down problem solved. One charge does all the windows and I have plenty. It's really easy to use that my kids can work it too, but unfortunately the novelty wore off them so its back to me.

I have just bought this in the Black Friday Sale so definitely good value for money. I bought this one for a friend as a Christmas present, as I have had mine for a year and love it. She has tried mine and has declared she was going to buy one after Xmas in the sales, hence the perfect present.If you use this alongside the special Karcher cleaning solution, you will have sparkling windows, mirrors and glass shower doors. I have tried other cleaning products in my spray bottle and none work as well as their cleaning liquid.I do love this product for removing condensation from my bathroom mirrors and windows. My dad uses his after every shower to remove the water so you don't get water marks.

This is the second Karcher Window vac I have bought, the first gave many years of use and only failed basically because the re chargeable battery inside the device could not be recharged successfully due to its age.The newer revised model seems to have a longer use period between charges so very good in that respect. Whereas the older version spirted water out from the slots near its base when the vac was used for anything over 20 secs or so in the horizontal plain, the new one seems much better and no similar occurences have been noticed despite the same type of use. Looks like internal design changes have been made in respect to this issue.Whether the newer one is any more powerful its hard

This was purchased after I tried one owned by a friend, it came quickly and was easy to put together. It charged quickly for first charge approximately 2 hours. I have used it for the first time today to clean the insides of windows and also to remove condensation on windows following the morning shower! I would recommend this product it does reduce the amount of cleaning products used...previously I was guilty of using window spray and paper towels to dry. This does leave the windows dry but you will still need to have a handy cloth for the drips on the window sills! I would definitely recommend especially to those with large windows.
