This is an amazing product. One of lego's finest creations, the star destroyer is the set that i would recommend to customers in search of a really cool set.The minifigures in this set are all exclusive, apart from the stormtrooper, and are all designed to the best of lego's ability- Darth Vader, Imperial Officer, Imperial Crew, and Imperial Navy trooper. The set itself is magnificent, with fully unfolding body, large(ish) interior, moving cannons, storage for ammunition, and a (surprisingly sturdy) foldaway handle for lifting it up with.The set was larger than i expected, and has room for many more figures than are included in the set.

Having purchased the Lego Star Destroyer (at amazon's then good price of £95), i spent the weekend putting this set together.The instructions came in 3 parts and the bags were in number order (from 1 to 10). Around half the bags had a second, seperate bag supporting it (so two bags with number 4) which I did find a little strange, why not put them in just one bag? Instructions were easy to follow and the Star destroyer rose majestically on my table.It took a good 8+ hours to put this together. Not because any bit is particularly tricky, but more because it can get a little repeditive and your brain starts to get bored. However the finished article does look very good (though the gap in the middle where the two sides fold in does annoy me,

Purchased by my brother for my 6 year old at Christmas. He's good at Lego and has built up a massive collection of the City range but we were wanting to get him into Sci-fi. Well, it worked! A couple of bits he needed me for but he pretty much disappeared for several days to complete it. Instructions are fantastic and the bags are numbered so you don't end up emptying everything all over the dining table and having to hunt for pieces.Not so much Lego's problem but most of the bricks are grey so it does get a bit monotonous. Nothing you can do about it and he didn't seem to find it a problem. It also has an inbuilt handle so you can move it around, nice touch.Highly recommended.

This is great! The set was promptly delivered with no damage to the internal box what so ever. In terms of the price, it was sold at the time for £90, which is actually quite reasonable for the number of pieces and the quality of the model. The build was excellent, taking around 5 hours to complete and I'm sure will give high re-playability due to its complexity. All round a very good set for a good price. One drawback - for this kind/size of set, there are only 5 mini-figures included, which isn't that many. Another couple of storm troopers would have been nice Lego!

Ordered 2 for xmas.A challenge to fit together (for me) especially the hinged wings and we've had a few disasters and rebuilds when played with, but some aged 7 and 10 love and perfect for lego star wars enthusiasts. Keep instruction manuals handy though as you may end up rebuilding the wings a few times!

I got this for a song! It's a superb set, great level of detail and looks so authentic. It is heavy for young kids but still has great "swooshability" thanks to the carry handle that can be lifted out from the top.Nice figure selection too. I'm really happy I got this.

Great fun for my kid! And as usual- even the smallest tiny part is not missing and everything fits perfectly. You need to assemble it carefully and make sure the parts stick well cause it's a huge structure and might easily fall apart otherwise.

As magical as I remember lego to be, my 4.5 year old has loved it, obviously he has needed guidance. The attention to detail on the star destroyer is great, be prepared for a few days work if helping a younger child but most enjoyable.

Well packaged, swiftly delivered, big and nicely priced Lego kit. It took my 13 year old son a few hours to build it and the Star Destroyer looks very impressive, with a handful of nice figures. The perfect gift for a Star Wars fan.

I have purchased this for a Christmas present for my son. It's going to take ages for him and my partner to build but they are going to have fun. I got it at a great price and I haven't seen it go that low since.

Dah Dah Dah, Dah de Dah, Dah de Dah. That's what you'll be thinking looking at your finished Star Destroyer. A good selection of mini figures and an interesting build make this a great Lego set.

Good quality, prompt delivery. I bought this for my 9 year old son. He was able to follow the instructions & build by himself. Highly recommended. Good value as always on Amazon UK.

We bought it for my grandson for his birthday.He thoroughly enjoyed building it.we are satisfied with the product and it is a very good gift

Assembled this with my 8-year old son who could have easily assembled it himself. I was impressed with the size (and weight) of the thing.
