I love Lego and try to buy my niece and nephew at least one set every birthday and christmas. Unlike other toys that children quickly grow out of building lego sets is something children can enjoy for years.This particular set is a great one for Avengers fans. It is one of three mid price range Marvel Super-heroes sets available at the moment and the only one that relates directly to a scene in the film. A cheaper Captain America is also available* but as the cheapest Marvel Super-heroes set I wouldn't consider it mid-range.One problem I've found with Lego recently is they are producing more complicated larger pieces that are specific to each set so when your children are building from imagination these pieces have no place and are generally left aside.

I ordereed this from amazon last week and it arrived this morning and i must say for the price it is an absolutely outstanding set with great minifigures and detail and a great vehicle!Pros: The minifigures, all three, Iron man, Loki, Hawkeye are all very nice figs for the price and highly detailed especially iron man! loki looks amazing with his helmet and staff AND the 'cosmic cube' , the vehicle which is a jeep type truck is very nice and makes this set alot of fun!Cons: Hawkeye is definetely the weak point as the other figs completely over shadow him, also the blue repulser affects that you put on iron man ruin the figure and make it look kinda uglyI built it within 45 mins but is a fun build!

Well I love Lego. I have been collecting for a while and more recently with my son (who is 7).Star Wars was the one I really collected for the Mini-figures but these are really great.So far 3 smaller sets including this one which has I think 3 great mini-figs for not too much money.I managed to get this set for 75% in the Argos offer so 15 pounds with a great vehicle and 3 great characters.Well worth it.Amazon doing it (as I write) for just under 20 pounds, so pretty much near RRP and still great value.Just can't wait to buy for more sets with cool Marvel or Avengers mini-figs :)Collectability 10/10Mini-figs 9/10Vehicle 10/10Overall 9/10 if RRP was 14.99 then perfect !p.s.

I love the avengers films and my son's a great fan too so we bought this set as you get iron man minifig which to buy on it's own it's quite expensive so buying the set you get better value for money.You really can't go wrong with any lego products as the quality is always very high and you get the fun of building over and over again. Lego is for life and I love them

A brilliant first set, took an hour or two to Assemble and makes a lovely piece with the two Avengers and Loki. The Jeep has push 'missiles' and a platform that can knock Loki off the back, and has the advantage of being based off an actual scene in the Avengers. Great fun and will keep you entertained even after the first few days...

I wish I'd bought this the first time it was out, but that can't be helped.It's a nice set; with Loki, Hawkeye and mark VI Iron Man.I wanted the Loki minifigure, so given - the price of him separate - it made more sense to get the set as well.The Shield truck is nicely detailed too

Exactly what my son wanted and couldn't get anywhere else. Arrived a day ahead of delivery dates we were given so he was made-up. Only gripe was that box was a bit damaged but he's years beyond the "playing with boxes" stage. All-round excellent service.

this was a good purchase, my nine year old is lego mad and this one from his latest collection of super heroes kept him busy for over half hour!!! - which is good for him as he flies through the instructions

Had to wait a really long time for this item to be delivered which for an 11 year old was far too long. When it did arrive it was completed in 15 minutes but enjoyed for a whole lot longer.

I had my eye on this for over a year and when it fell to 12.99 I ordered in seconds, this is easily the best LEGO set I've got! You get Hawkeye, Loki and Iron Man and an awesome Jeep!

Present arrived on time and in pristine condition. Grandson loves it. Needed helpt to build it as he is really too young but he loves lego and superheroes so it seemed ideal.

As always Lego has pulled it off again my kids love this they have played with it non stop since christmas, i also purchased other avengers lego which is equally as good.

My son loved receiving this !! It was easy to build on his own and he has added this to his other avenger Lego so plays with it all for hours !! Highly recommend !!

Bought for 11 year son - loves the Avengers and has many other avengers lego - It's lego .... always a successful present.
