This is one very big box of tricks from Lego, produced in conjunction with Marvel who created the Avengers Super Hero brand. It costs a whopping £86 but has nearly 700 pieces and is compatible with other Lego sets. It includes ready made 4 Avenger mini figures , big Hulk and Thanos, and micro Ant Man who will all be familiar to many children through TV, films, comics etc. To construct, you have an office complex which includes a "laser operated" safe, a secret room, table with a hidden gun drawer and more; a helipad and gun toting helicopter; a garage and off-road armed vehicle; and an armoury of spring loaded shooters and blasters.

There are LEGO playsets and then there are LEGO playsets, the 'LEGO 76131 Avengers Compound Battle Superhero Playset' is a behemoth and offers hours of fun for the real LEGO fan. If they are also an Avengers fan they are in for even more of a treat because you get loads of cool stuff in the kit. You get some of the best characters including Iron Man, Hulk and Thanos. These figures alone will have Marvel fans in clover.That is not all as you also get a jeep, a helicopter and the compound itself. With so many elements this is one of the longer playsets to create. All the pieces are included, and the usual quality LEGO instructions help you guide the way. Once up and built most parts are very impressive,

It's often the case that, when playing with Lego, children end up with endless vehicles and Lego men at war, but no base or physical point to focus their games. The Avengers Compound is a brilliant remedy to this problem, and the base itself also comes with a brilliant range of heroes, villains and vehicles to battle it out. Combined with other super hero Lego sets, this is seen endless playtime in our house.The set itself is a fairly intricate build, so smaller ones will require some adult help (and don't you just hate that!) It took around 70 minutes to put together, and the resulting play has been endless.In terms of price I'd say that this is excellent value for money in the current toy

Who doesn't love LEGO! It never seems to date and appeals to all age groups, not just children. This box whilst expensive, is absolutely cracking. It's different from many of the others in that it's full of action hero figures: Captain Marvel and Iron Man, and a teeny-tiny Ant Man and several others, most of which will be familiar to many children. As well as this there's a helicopter, cars and an office building to construct. This set is a meeting of Lego and Marvel and will provide hours, if not weeks (and longer) of imaginative fun.The four grandchildren in my family are going to be delighted with this, and I daresay their parents will muscle in on the action.

A fab Lego set with a good number of hero figures, from the large Thanos and Hulk down to a genuinely tiny Ant-Man. The buildings have a lot of working features like opening doors, a complex folding garage door and firing gun turrets while the two vehicles, a jeep and a helicopter, are detailed with more functional parts."Avengers: Endgame" is not out at the time of writing this review and there are a couple of very interesting features of this kit, notably a subtly different version of the Infinity Gauntlet, that hint about the plot...….Overall, a great Lego move tie-in that took our very Lego adept 11 year old around an hour to put together.

This is a cracking box. It’s expensive, but the reaction of the two young Lego enthusiasts (aged 8 and 10), whose judgement really counts here, suggests that it’s worth it.It’s a big, complex box with plenty of very good features, like the stud gun and the helicopter. The figures are very enthusiastically received and there have already been long absorbed periods while assembling followed by enthusiastic playing. I suspect this will be enjoyed for a long time.It’s a lot to pay for a toy, that’s for sure, but you do get plenty for the money. For a special present for a Lego-lover, this would be excellent.

Lego have done it again with another fantastic set from the Avengers films and would be great super hero fans. Unlike other sets this comes with 7 figures including a small ant man, hulk, iron man, captain marvel, thanos, nebula, and an outrider. The compound, car and helicopter were easy to build with my children when following along with the detailed instruction book provided.Its not the cheapest of Lego sets but what you get is well worth the money and I'm sure will provide years quality entertainment for my children.

I like Lego anyway, but this set is superb for the youngster who loves the 'super-heroes'.The whole package with it's many (small) figurines, car, helicopter and two buildings makes this perfect for helping to build a child's imagination. This is the first set where I've seen so many figures which is what makes this so exciting for the child(ren). The world of 'super-heroes' is fantasy anyway, but this set allows the child to build his/her own fantasy world.Can't speak highly enough of this - Highly recommended

Brilliant set and both kids were all over this as soon as it arrived. It is being played with alongside a mixture of other sets and just regular lego but even as a standalone set it would get a lot of attention here as we're all lego fans. Lots of little bits and it was a fun build but we've already lost (and found) Ant-man twice now. I suspect he'll go missing regularly as he's so little but it can't be helped. Not the cheapest lego set but well worth having for both Lego and Marvel fans.

Bought this for a small and expanding Lego Avengers collection and having picked up for sub £60 im very happy with the set as a whole.The figures included are a good mix of rare/harder to find characters like Cap Marvel and the oversized Hulk and Thanos (of which i dont think can be found in any other set).The set gives you enough to build the basic compound but with a bit of your own lego and some imagination, you can make it bigger and more interesting. Overall is a great set :)

This was bought for my 12 year old son who loves Lego and the Marvel films. It’s a great lego, but as with all of these franchised ones you don’t seem to get much for your money. he’s very pleased with it though and especially loves the characters included.

The kids in our house love lego and this kit was no exception. We all had fun following the easy to use instruction manual and crafting this fab set. The amount of lego is not expansive for the price but the kids got their monies worth in fun.

A robust pseudo-modular build with plwnty of fun and well integrated action features. Lots of useful parts for custom builds. The minifigs are worth having as well, although the big fig Cull Obsidian is a little drab.

My 10 year old was over the moon with this set. He saved all of his birthday money up to use on this one big set.It has brought him so much joy building everything. Well worth the money. Highly recommended!

Product was exactly as my son had hoped for. Kept him busy for an hour whilst he put it together and had had hours of play with it since. Very pleased with it. Would recommend.
