I am not sure who enjoyed putting this together more, me or my 5 year old daughter. My intention was to be a complete bystander, offering the odd instruction where necessary and assisting with construction as needed, however I have to confess that when my daughter got bored and intermittently walked off for a break/snack etc... I continued with the building. The euphoria of putting on a door or something similar knows no bounds :0) and I am now a Lego convert, already looking into what I can purchase next.... :0)....this one by the way is great fun and has lots of little intricacies that make the salon really fun and a delight to play with

I will always think that Lego blocks are such a waste of money, such a high cost for a couple plastic blocks, and other manufacturers claim half prices for the same amount of blocks.My daughter enjoyed building it though. The only downfall with Lego is once it's build and played with the only thing left to do is break it back apart or leave it to gather dust.It's not that big and there is very small fidly parts but my 7 year old put it all together fine.

This set is small but jam packed with accessories. I love the hair pieces and bows. Nina (the hairstylist) has cool clothes and hair. I love that you can read the newspaper and eat cherries. Only negative point: when you want the dolls to get their hair wet you can’t get them to lie down with their hair in the clamshell. I checked to make sure that they were in the right place and sadly they were. But overall great addition to my city.

Great little set that doesn’t take too long to assemble by an adult. Includes many hairdressing items including tools, hair, brushes etc so little one can let he imagination run wild... includes 2 popular characters and has provided hours of fun.. not overly massive compared to some other sets she has but definitely hasn’t been any less fun.. for a child heavily into hair and fashion this set is a fabulous buy

My children love it , all the details like the shampoo , little hair bows and different wigs in two colours are a great addition, we found the instructions to be so easy to understand very detailed. The colours are eye catching and I love the blue scissors on the front makes it look like a Hollywood style salon. Very good imaginative play. Great roll play for my girls would definitely recommend.

So.. lego is so expensive! But my kids love it, the best way to see if a set looks decent is to check the other photos, not just the front box art.When you see it on its own most of it looks small.I bought this as it was on offer. Would I recommend? Yes but it is only worth around the £10 mark (a little above)Its a nice build, loads of detail.Small box, small set but daughter happy!

Lovely playset especial for the young girls who love hairdressing. Contains two packs of Lego blocks and clear instructions to build them. Takes 1.5 to 2 hours to build the entire set. My 11 year old girl really enjoyed building it and especially found in fascinating to see the tiniest details of hairdresser salon replicated into lego blocks !!

I really liked this set, and thought it was fun to put together. I loved all of the little accessories such as the magazines and hair brushes. It was a nice addition to my small but growing lego friends collection. Even though I liked it, I thought it was really easy. It would be great for someone who has never put a lego set together before.

Bought for my niece's birthday. She loves lego friends! She had all the collections available in the shops, but managed to find this one. She had hours of fun putting it together and running the salon. Extremely small parts, so wouldn't reccomend for a child under the age of 8. Great price and concept. Came perfectly packaged with the manual.

My eldest absolutely loved playing with this lego set. The box was very small but once assembled the hairsalon was very interactive. It is bright, fun and colourful. My daughter used some of her other lego figurines to play with the set. The instructions were very easy to follow to assemble the set. We've had hours of fun out of this one!

My daughter absolutely loved making this Lego friends salon she found couple bits little bit difficult but really enjoys it, Lego comes in 3 bags labelled 1,2,3 instructions nice and easy to follow. Comes with 2 Lego friends girls which you can swap and change there hair! overal its is a fun Lego set highly recommend for any Lego fan

This was purchased for my daughter and a present for learning to ride her bike without stabilisers!It’s a great Lego toy, clear and detailed instructions.The colours are vibrant.We had great fun building this and and playing. She can take it apart, rebuild it and it fits with her other Lego friends products well.

My daughter (5 years old) loves this set. She expressed she wanted to be a hairdresser in the future so I was thrilled to see this new set. It goes along really nicely with a supermarket and house she already had. Lego is always a good gift as it is used everyday and makes kids use their imagination.

Writing review after using it for a week. The barbies are small but of good quality material. Everything required in saloon is available in this pack. Bought for my niece for gifting on her birthday she is 4 years old. She play whole day with this toy. Good toy for keeping child engage.

My 6 year old loved building this and my 3 year old loves playing with the set. Lots of fun once built and it’s been deconstructed and made into various unique creations various times. Love the different wigs included! Great quality as expected from Lego and great price from Argos.
